I LOVED my stay!! The property itself could use a few upgrades but it was very clean and very well kept! It had a lot of amenities and a very pleasant staff that was accommodating. I was given an upgrade upon check in and allowed to check in a bit earlier than the check in time. All in all my experience was EXCELLENT!

Roll a way beds advertised but there are none at this property. Dark at 7pm and wouldn’t allow basketball after dark. Room had sticky substance on table and wasn’t cleaned. Otherwise, check in was easy, facility was convenient, breakfast was decent

“I really enjoyed my stay, but I had an unsettling experience with the maintenance staff. While we were in our room, a random maintenance worker knocked and asked if our room had a bathtub. Before we could respond properly, he just walked in, glanced around, especially at the outside of our fridge, and then left without any tools or explanation. It felt like he expected the room to be empty. Very strange and uncomfortable.” Like you would know if we had “tubs” very weird.

I liked the fact that some change has happened, however the rooms have not been updated in many years, furniture dirty carpets filthy and sticky. It’s been three years since I’ve stayed because hotel ad been going down hill and no sign of caring to improve. Last minute decision to stay recently not expecting much but there was a slight difference. Please update rooms or at least clean furniture and carpet also some repairs. Hotel in great spot though

The fireplace in my room was damaged and I felt unsafe using it. which is one reason I rented that room. My door did not lock correctly and when I tried to open it the next morning, I was stuck in the room for about 5 mins till I could get it open. The railing in the elevator was damaged, and the rugs were dirty
