The Seaport Hotel is centrally located in the Seaport neighborhood within short walking distance of Tatte Bakery and Row 34. Abundance of retail shopping too. Easy access to the interstate for Woods Hole and Logan Airport. Short Uber ride to the Boston Public Garden and Charles Street.

Front desk staff were indifferent to all questions. Room service not available during the day. Maid service didn’t happen on 2 of the 5 nights. Breakfast not available one day due to kitchen issues. Two nights in a row PA system woke the whole hotel in the middle of the night.

Hotel was clean and convenient to reach Seaport and downtown Boston with friends staying nearby. Downside was that we were woken 3 times in the night on separate occasions by the emergency alarm.

I haven’t been to too many hotels in my life but this one was amazing close to everything and had so many amenities the staff was awesome the gym and pool is a great plus no complaints only complaint is I didn’t get to stay longer
