Summer Rental of a fantastic fully furnished condo with back yard, parkting, front and back porch decks, stainless steel appliances and laundry in the unit. Utilities are the tenants responsablility during the tenancy and they run around $100 a month. The landlord will save the tenant from setting this up as long as they agree to pay the amounts charged.
