We were really excited to stay at a luxury hotel for my friends 40th birthday celebration and were very disappointed with our stay. The room was dated and dirty. Dust everywhere, the toilet was not clean and the floor and surfaces were dirty.

Amazing staff!
The hotel was amazing... Great service from getting out of the car to checking out.. Front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and had plenty of suggestions for us. I especially enjoyed talking to a Bellman named Norman. He is a jewel to this hotel.. :-)

This property was in a good location. The rooms were spacious and clean. What was a challenge was the bar/dining area was closed both days that we were there. You couldn’t even get a coffee in the lobby until 7am. Overall for a hotel that is supposed to be luxury, it just felt ok, nothing special.

Great experience!
Such a great experience! I used to live in the neighborhood, it was so great to visit. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgable, the property was in excellent condition. We did end up checking out early (around 10pm the night before our checkout) due to family reasons. Is there any way to request a partial refund due to our early departure from hotels.com? I do understand that it may not be possible, but it's always worth asking!
