The minute you check in the staff is so fabulous, the Lucie Restaurant is great, the proximity to the Prudential Center and downtown Boston and the rooms. Did I mention the Rooftop pool?

Old needs repairs.
The staff in the hotel were nice and helpful. The hotel in the other hand is deficient in many things which make the stay not worthwhile. 1: The heating and air conditioning are ancient and noisy. The hotel has no effective central air. The bathrooms have vents that do not work. 2: The hallways are not lit and dark. 3: There is no room service at night. That is disappointing from a hotel that offers a good location in Boston.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows. The property is conveniently located so you can walk to surrounding restaurants/venues. About a 20 minute walk to and from Fenway Park.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Boston’s Back Bay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return.
