Our recent stay at the Lenox Hotel was truly wonderful, thanks in large part to the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly attentive and courteous, ensuring our experience was nothing short of excellent. The team went out of their way to assist us, offering valuable suggestions and providing a detailed area map highlighting top attractions to visit. Upon our arrival, our luggage was whisked away from our Uber, and we were greeted with refreshing water, making us feel immediately welcome. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lenox and appreciate the staff’s dedication to service. We will undoubtedly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Boston. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

The staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed every time I entered the building. The property is charming and the location can't be beat. Upscale shopping and dining steps away. One block from a T station (subway). 10-minute walk to the start of the Freedom Trail. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, great staff, central location

Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is nicely appointed with a welcoming lobby with a fireplace and spacious rooms. Location is also very close to the T and walking destinations. Overall, very pleased and would stay again.

Great hotel overall, nice staff. The only problem is that one of the old elevators always breaks down, especially on weekends, when there are a lot of people staying in the hotel, and it is a very very long wait to get up and down.
