We had such a great stay! The hotel was clean and while there were shared bathrooms, they were super clean and not an issue at all! It was close to tons of good restaurants and walkable to all the sights. Would stay here again.

Expected value for price. Rooms are tiny. Shower/toilet area small. Door to shower/toilet very hard to slide and when open, it blocks the very small sink. But, the room was very clean.

Hesitated booking due to shared bathroom down hall until it was only affordable option left. What a mistake! The "shared bathroom" is actually about 5-6 private bathrooms you just have to walk down the hall to, each with a locking door and shower. The locks on the outside show vacant or occupied like an airplane bathroom so no awkward knocks. Both green and orange line are about 7-10 minute walk as well as a number of places to eat. Stayed for a concert at Fenway which took about 25-30 minutes with the concert crowd. Room was a little tight but and perhaps not ideal for longer stay but beds were crazy comfortable and either there was little activity while I was there or the rooms are fairly soundproof. Absolutely would stay here again.

Small and efficient
Prices in Boston are brutal, corporate greed at its finest. Hotel rooms are very small but designed very efficiently. You open the door and you’re in bed . You have to crawl over bed to deal with windows. How chamber maids deal with this is admirable. Pay the extra for your own bathroom. Staff are brilliant. Great neighbourhood.
