Check in took an extremely long time. They didn’t have enough staff to do so. Most of the rooms were not ready for MULTIPLE people checking in. Some were delayed hours. Additionally, a lot of the parking spots in the garage were double parked making it near impossible to park a small SUV.

I had booked with Expedia city view. First room that was given was the view of gravel and a wall and was told that that was part of city view. Meanwhile I had paid extra to have the view. They later changed my room to a higher floor where I did get the view but had to complain about it. Be aware of the extra charges at the end of the stay

The hotel was awesome unfortunately they had an elevator down while we were there. We were on the 9th floor so we needed to use the elevator. Room was great and view was even better! Food at the restaurant was also very good. Very enjoyable stay!

First night there was a screaming baby in the room next to us. We requested another room for the reminder of the stay and the staff was very accommodating and upgraded us to a quiet room. The hotel is great. Everyone is friendly and there are lots of amenities

There was some kind of youth convention going on during my stay and the hotel was swarming with pre-teens. Lol. The free internet didn't work. Everything else was OK.

바로 앞에 쇼핑몰 있고 그 안에 적당한 푸드코트와 식당, 상점들이 있어서 좋습니다. 호텔 뒷문으로 나가면 산책하기 좋은 강변 산책로도 나오고요. 대중교통 접근이 아주 편한 것은 아니지만 걸어서 10분 정도면 트램 역이 나오니 괜찮습니다. 트램 타고 바로 헤이마켓이든 뉴버리든 금방 가요.
