Booked my reservation there TEN MONTHS in advance, prepaid! They “oversold” for the week and notified me- by EMAIL only- that they wouldn’t honor my reservation at 6pm the day of my check in. As I was in the car driving 10 hours to get there. I asked for a manager to call me the following day, no one ever called the rest of the week. Very unprofessional. Would avoid this place for sure

I would definitely recommend this hotel, staff was amazing I had a really late check in 9:30pm. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and had extra pillows if needed. Nice area and very quiet room.

We stayed here for a wedding in nearby Marblehead. It worked out very well for us. The immediate surroundings and the Endicott University campus are beautiful. Classic coastal New England

Quiet location
This is a great place,away from busy salem,but close to everything within 30 mins, we will come back next year for sure!! Its quiet, clean, comfortable bed, no breakfest for now but thats back later They say.

A gem of a spot. Drove into Gloucester for dinner and that was amazing. Great neighborhood surrounding the property.

Out of the way retreat
Hotel fine. Clean and no complaints. Little disappointed in the “beautiful grounds” that everyone seems to talk about. Trail to water was flooded about halfway down (no fault of the hotel obviously) but desk clerk said it’s like that more often than not. Not walking distance to any kind of food or drink. Overall very nice place tho and good customer service at check in and with any questions.
