Poor hotel in Boston
The hotel is dated with a major construction project across the street that has the lights on all night and will not allow you to sleep past 7am as the construction site heats up The bathroom and bathtub drains were both clogged, the door was difficult to close and open and the room had a musty smell to the point that we had to buy room spray to get it to smell better For the rate there are many options around do not stay here The only great thing was the waitress in the restaurant she was phenomenal and the food was pretty good Finally no complimentary coffee station in the lobby They charged 4 for coffee to go in the restaurant

For the price the rooms were a little dated and the mattress was past it’s best. There was mould in the shower and layers of dust on the bathroom light. Overall it needs a deep clean including the stained carpet. Worst of all was the major construction just across the street which start3d early and continued until late. After the first night we complained to reception who said there wouldn’t be any work on the weekend. Sadly not true and we had noise at the weekend. Their view was they don’t need to make people aware as it’s public construction. Had I been aware of the noise I wouldn’t have booked and paid over 400 bucks a night to be woken early. Looks like the construction will go on for many months.

We came to Boston to see a concert at the TD Garden Arena. this hotel was in perfect walking distance. We were also able to walk to the aquarium and plenty of dining options.

The hotel room is worn and in desperate need of a makeover. The carpet was frayed, the bathroom door had water stains and there is no maid service. We stayed three nights and dirty glasses and towels were not removed or replaced. The bed wasn’t made. Too expensive for this quality of service. The staff at the desk and the bell captain were very helpful and pleasant.

Massive construction going on across from the property 7 days a week building a new hospital wing. But the staff are amazing and the property is nice and clean. Will be a much better property to stay once construction is complete.

This hotel wasn’t bad for what we needed. Close to most of the places we wanted to check out. The facilities themselves are a bit outdated. Noon check out was good and they held our bags prior to check in and after checkout.
