Next to the church, in a village in Berry with bakery and restaurant, a stone's throw from the Château de Bouges (le petit Trianon), 5 minutes from Levroux and the A20, house opposite the owners' house.

To see: Château de Valençay, Beauval Zoo, Châteauroux, Châteaux de la Loire... House with private terrace, common land and private indoor parking.

On the ground floor: entrance, equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, large living room with dining areas, lounge (double sofa bed), fireplace and pellet stove (€10 per bag - one bag per day), toilet and small laundry room.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) - shower room/wc.

Très Bien
Bon contact avec les propriétaires. Propriété belle et spacieuse. Le jardin est fermé, sécurisant pour notre chien. Piscine bienvenue avec la chaleur estivale. Séjour reposant et calme contrastant agréablement avec la vie en banlieue. Le gîte est grand et bien agencé. Merci aux propriétaires

Superbe location
La maison est spacieuse et comprend tout ce qui est nécessaire pour vivre. Elle est située à la campagne dans un endroit très calme mais elle reste proche de lieux magiques: zoo de Beauval, des châteaux de Valençay, Chenonceaux, des caves de Bourré, du village de Montrésor,...... Un seul bémol, le téléphone passe mal et la connexion wifi est très aléatoire.
