No hot water in room 104=no hot shower in the morning. When told of this, the morning front desk clerk said he'd let maintenance know and then offered no apologies on behalf of the motel. Didn't even say thank you for spending my money on a substandard experience.

Conveniently located. We like dogs and aopreciate that this property allows pets, but the German shephard next door barking into the night was a problem...I would have hoped something would have been done about it.

When we checked in, the Wi-Fi was out throughout the property. The satellite service was out on our TV, but the manager was able to get it to work for about 5 minutes. My wife tried to take a shower before we went out and there was no hot water in our room. After getting back for the evening, we were given another room, but told to bring the TV remote since the new room didn't have one. The hot water worked in the new room, as did the satellite service. The traffic noise, even in the early morning hours, is unbearable as it's located on a busy street. The staff is nice, and the location is convenient, but the flaws with the property does not compensate for it and it's definitely not worth the money.

We booked two rooms and our family booked two rooms. We rented a large SUV for us all. That is 4 rooms and 1 vehicle to park. The hotel parking lot was full every time we returned in the evening. The staff was extremely rude when I asked why I had 4 rooms and only one vehicle to park and could not park in the front, well lit parking lot. The told me to park in the rear ally that was poorly lit and we witnessed people doing drugs. We had constant smell of marijuana coming the door that connected our room to the next room. I would not stay here ever again!
