Great for Denver concerts!
It's so reasonably priced, and right next to the highway. Easy to find, clean, and pretty decent breakfast with variety. Staff was super nice and helpful. During breakfast, staff were there keeping things clean and re-stocked. Good walls, too. There was a large family in the rooms next to us, and we didn't hear them at all. Fridge and microwave worked great. Plenty of outlets. My only complaints were that there were sticky, pink, circular stains on the divider next to one of the beds. No worries, things can get missed, we're all human. Then the large family left out doordash/fast food bags outside their doors and in the parking lot, and those were left overnight for at least 2 nights.

I checked in around 6pm after my sons surgery and the woman at the front desk was amazing! One of the comforters on the bed had rips all on the bottom of it and the pillows were a little lumpy but overal, especially for the price, i would definitely stay here agaij

Staff were very friendly. Hotel isn't falling apart, but definitely reflects age. Breakfast was as expected. Room was in good shape, overall. AC was VERY noisy when kicked on. Fridge ice box was VERY iced over. Tub immediatly backed up for every shower. (Were we ever fully clean?) Kleenex supply included 4 tissues. Not fond of their default policy to only clean every three days.

The rooms and outside areas are not kept clean. The "bedskirt" had weird stains all aroung it. Layers of dust in the bathroom. Showerhead had a minimal flow. No blackout curtains and some sort of drilling that started very eary outside of our window.

Very quiet stay. Hotel is close to the highway and a short distance to Walmart and fuel. We stayed 3 days and never heard a sound from any other guests.
