I always stay here when in Boulder to see my daughter. They allow pets and that was a lifesaver when I brought dogs a few years back. Very conveniently located by Pearl Street.

Nice, bright, clean hotel with a spacious garage to park in. Big room, big bathroom. Friendly, professional staff. Good, hot, affordable breakfast buffet every morning. Free hot chocolate in the lobby. Full bar in the lobby. Fast elevators. Somewhat close to downtown, but I walked it and would recommend driving instead. Oh, close to Target!

Deposit Required.
I am extremely upset that a $400 deposit was required when I checked in. I paid 100% before I arrived. I was not told about having to pay an additional $400 on top of the $350 I paid for the room. This is unacceptable.

Good place! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5: parking is $25 a night, breakfast is not included (instead $11/person daily, which didn’t feel worth it), and we were missing a couple things in our room when we got in that were a bit of a hassle to get. Other than that, place is great :) Location is perfect, I’d come back, I’d just need to make sure I budget extra for parking and food. The staff were nice, I got the idea they get a lot of flack for the extra fees which they don’t deserve.
