Perfect location
We had a great stay. House was clean, bed was comfortable, fireplace was warm and inviting and the house was located close to every thing. Being just a block away from Pearly Street, there are many restaurants and coffee shops to walk to and enjoy. It's also close to many different trailheads to explore and enjoy the beauty of the area.

Amazing location and outside area
Location was perfect for CU parents weekend. Perfectly walkable to Pearl, campus, the hill and Folsom stadium. Inside was cozy and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Weather was warm beautiful fall weekend and the private patio set back From the already quiet street was the perfect spot to spend hours cuddling my daughter and catching up.

Relaxing stay
Property was as described. Enjoyed walking to Ozo’s in the mornings to have coffee with our son. Views are spectacular. Explored Pearl Street, trip to Georgetown area, a dinner at Pasta Jay’s, and more. Loved sitting on the front lawn in the Adirondack chairs, visiting, reading, and relaxing. Great stay. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the rental so much. It was very equipped, having everything plus more than we could have asked for. Many thanks to Rusty (owner) for providing such a great place to stay. Bed very comfortable, decorated so well. The botanicals lovely, and a sweet cat that would come by for visits on the patio.

A nice place to stay, perfect for one or two people, right in the heart of Boulder. It has its own designated parking spot, which is a big plus. The split-air heat pump unit keeps the temperature right, and is very quiet.

Rusty’s VRBO was exactly as advertised. It’s a quiet location only a block off Pearl Street in downtown Boulder. You can walk to you just about everything you need to see in the downtown area. No complaints and hope to come back sometime in the future.

Perfect Location
Located just one block off Pearl Street made it so much easier to enjoy the fabulous variety of restaurants. Having a parking spot also makes it so much easier as parking on the street fills quickly. Would love staying here again!
