The hotel itself wasn’t terrible, just old and outdated a little bit. The bathroom light was dim, the shower water pressure was pretty weak, needed some updates with painting and just a general remodel. My room key stopped working the day after I got there and had to wait 10 minutes while the one hotel clerk working had to check in a guest and kept being chatty with her after she was checked in. All I wanted was a new key which, literally, only took 30 seconds to fix, but I waited patiently while they continued to “chat.” The breakfast was good with hot and cold options, the room was quiet and it served my purpose. The only other thing was that I wasn’t able to get the discounted rate for college orientation because I must have booked it with Expedia and they wouldn’t give me their rate. Overall, it was fine.

It was nice that the pool has a hot tub, with working jets, although it was foamy. The rooms were comfortable with good lighting. We were three staying in a double queen room and had hoped for a rollaway bed, but they said they could not put one in because it was a fire hazard. It seemed like because it was a big room, a rollaway could have been placed, without blocking an exit, but in the end we managed fine with two beds.

I stayed at this comfort inn in Bradley,was not satisfied.I was watching tv,it went out,I went to call them no phone 😜😜.Yes they put me in another room but that's not the point I will not recommend family for the fourth of July to stay there.

Nice stay
Several of my family came to town for a funeral. Hotel was clean, friendly, excellent service, breakfast was good, they even had a nice bar in the lobby if you liked that. Easy and convenient from I57 and to Bourbonnais, IL.

Great Stay!
The room was great, super comfortable. My only "complaint" is there was a dirty towel in the closet, but, really not a deal breaker for us. The beds were comfortable and the pillows! Oh my, I'd love to know where they got them! The front desk staff were always sweet and friendly. The kids loved the pool, they're still raving about how awesome the hot tub was lol Was a great stay, and definitely will stay again next year when we're back out that way 😊

The room was just an average older room. It could use some fixing up, carpet is obviously pretty old, the bathroom could use some renovations. Pool/hot tub needed a good scrubbing. Wasn't terrible, just wasn't spectacular either.

Decent option for a quick overnight
Hotel check-in and service was smooth. Room was comfortable and clean though overall, this facility is showing its age and could use some updates—particularly in the bathtoom. It was acceptable for my purpose of a quick overnight. I didn’t use the pool, so I cannot speak to that.
