This French villa offers you a wide range of possibilities to reenergize with your family, friends, colleagues … It’s located amidst the vineyards of the Grande Champagne, the most impressive region of the Charente, the source of the spirituous beverage Cognac, and this at barely 5 min. of the center of Cognac. The undulating landscape of the Cognac region has a rich cultural and architectural heritage, idyllic villages, cultural events and numerous recreational possibilities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, golf, tennis, fishing, etc. …
Cognac is the place from where the spirituous beverage is originated and is today the symbol of the bon vivant. Visit once the distillery of Cognac, Pineau de Charente or the local vintner.
Furthermore our accommodation is the ideal base for a real France-trip: Poitiers, Futuroscope , Saintes, Iles de Ré, Augoulème, Limoges, Bordeaux , Jarnac, Marais Poitevin enz

The large window panel provides the accommodation with a nice spacious feeling. It gives you access to the terraces and the south oriented garden. On both terraces (above and below) and around the swimming pool there are contemporary design garden furniture at your disposal. There, you can enjoy in all serenity and have a nice conversation in the evening around the barbeque.
The accommodation also disposes of a large living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 6 bedrooms of which 3 of them have a direct access to the bathroom. The children’s room contains a bunk bed, a one person’s bed and a cot. Bedding 12 €/pers incl. The swimming pool is closed from november till Easter.
For the little ones we can inform you that all the stairs have been provided with safeguards. A high-chair, a go-cart, some steps and games are also present in the place.

The closest high-speed train connection is Angoulème, with a connection to Cognac (40 min).
By car the accommodation is accessible by the A10.

A week in Cognac with 3 families
Had a lovely stay at this property in late August. Good communication after booking, very clean and good facilities available. Lovely area 5km from Cognac and close to the Charente River. Lots of ideas offered by the owner in a good information booklet, and nice pool

Une semaine formidable
Nous avons passé une super semaine avec mes amis. La maison est suffisamment grande et tout le nécessaire pour nettoyer la vaisselle/le linge est a disposition, ce qui facilite l'arrivée. La piscine est très propre et appréciable ! La proximité a cognac est appréciable, la route n'est pas longue pour aller au supermarché. Il est également possible d'utiliser les vélos mis à disposition. Je recommande fortement cette maison si vous souhaitez passer un agréable séjour !

Proche de Cognac dans un quartier résidentiel calme
Après quelques anicroches sur la propreté des mobiliers extérieurs et quelques équipements cassés par les précédents locataires, tout a été rectifié rapidement, le propriétaire s’est déplacé personnellement de Belgique. Nous avons bénéficié de notre emplacement pour visiter château royal et distillerie, faire du vélo, du bateau, du kayak, sans oublier nous baigner dans l’eau claire de la Charente et bien sûr dans la piscine (un peu petite pour 4 ados). Nous avons bien profité de la maison, la literie est confortable aux matelas fermés, dommage pour un réseau trop faible et pas de chaînes internationales. L’essentiel, c’était la découverte de la région.

Bon séjour même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter beaucoup du lieu, fête de Baptême à 10kms.
Propriété très pratique pour accueillir une famille (grands parents, enfants, petits enfants), nous avons eu très beau temps et pu profiter de la piscine et du grand jardin. Boulangerie et boucherie à proximité appréciable.

Une grande location confortable et bien équipée.
Si vous cherchez une grande maison bien confortable, vous pouvez sans problème vous arrêter sur cette annonce. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour, sans doute encore amplifié par le beau temps de cette fin décembre. Le jardin, la terrasse, le barbecue et la piscine doivent rendre un séjour à la belle saison encore plus agréable. Et chose appréciable les tables pour manger peuvent largement accueillir tous les convives de la maison. Les seuls bémols pourraient être la piscine qui n'est malheureusement pas chauffée toute l'année (ce qui était envisageable, mais pas explicite dans l'annonce), les nombres salles de bain n'ont pas de verrous (avec un peu d'organisation on s'en accommode), et quelques équipements de la cuisine pourraient être remplacés (comme la cafetière par exemple). Mais ces bémols sont bien maigres face aux nombreux avantages de cette location.

Nous avons passé un super week end dans cette grande maison aux fabuleux lits. Profiter de la piscine est très agréable seule la cuisine est un peu petite mais très bien fournie en vaisselle et ustensiles. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir.

Un beau séjour en famille près de Cognac
Propriété spacieuse et bien équipée à proximité de Cognac, idéale pour un séjour en famille. Vélos à disposition pour profiter des pistes cyclables en bord de Charente (pour une expérience encore meilleure, les vélos mériteraient une petite révision) Résidence très propre. Très bon accueil avec un petit cadeau très apprécié! Seul bémol: piscine un peu petite par rapport à la capacité de la maison.

“Grande maison confortable”
Nous avons choisi cette maison pour fêter la nouvelle année entre amis avec nos enfants. La maison est telle que sur les photos vaste et confortable. Elle est par ailleurs très bien située dans un quartier très calme près de la Charente et à proximité de Cognac et des zones commerciales. Le jardin qui donne sur un bosquet est très agréable et doit être encore plus joli en été. Toute la logistique s'est très bien passée de la contractualisation jusqu'au remboursement de la caution. Les propriétaires ont pris soin de bien documenter les informations pratiques tant sur la maison que les alentours. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir...
