This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

I used to live in st thomas so this place has my heart. My friend lives at the marina. Walking to the beach and pool is easy and getting to the location via safari was also seamless. Safe area with everything you need and restaurant on site called Sudi’s with affordable breakfast and bottomless mimosas and bloody right near the pool!! If you’re looking to charter a boat for 4-8 hours I recommend Adventures of Salt Water Taffy right at Sapphire marina, a few minutes from the rental!! Food and booze included!!

St Thomas condo with views
My stay was great. Sapphire village is a great location close to the red hook ferry and many restaurants and bars. The condo was all that was advertised very clean with a great view easy check in and communication with host.

Excellent place to stay in St Thomas. Near Red Hook area and ferry to St. John. In house bars as Sapphire Beach Bar and Sudi's. All you need for your vacation. Also Raleigh is a great host. Definitely will stay again.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Very comfortable living space for up to two people. Sapphire Beach is gorgeous, however the hike back up the hill wasn’t as much fun as the hike down.

Beautiful rental with a beautiful view.
The price for this beautiful rental could not be beat, and neither could the view. The rental was modern and comfortable, with good furniture and appliances. The extra goodies of snorkeling gear made going to the beach and doing some snorkeling a must.

Great Fall Vacation
I stayed a few days and the property was just as how it was described. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated. Had a beautiful view and surroundings. Equipped with amenities that were needed. It was fun and amazing to go down to the pool and the beach. Everything was close by but to buy any suppplies you needed to step out of the complex and go by taxi unless you rent a car. However, I enjoyed my stay at this location very much. We were very pleased! Alot of Fun!

Convenient location. Cooler and snorkeling gear provided. Gated community. Well worth the price. Convenient location to beaches, town of Red Hook and the ferry to St Johns. We stayed busy exploring so this was a perfect location to come back to and rest up for next day.

This was a great deal considering location and proximity to all of the activities on the island. Our host Raleigh communicated with us on every detail and provided us with plenty to use on trip. Kitchen, beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear just to name a few (even a car if needed). The room was clean and the view from the balcony spectacular! I would definitely use this condo again in the future. Be cautious that the area property is hilly so if you choose to go to beautiful Safire Beach be mindful that those hills are steep coming back up. Also, a bit of water splashed out on to the floor during showers, but not a big deal if you put a towel down and clean right away. Overall fantastic spot that I highly recommend

Fun in St Thomas!
My husband and I stayed at Raleigh's place in Sapphire Village for 6 nights in June. The condo was as described and everything was in working order and was clean. Raleigh communicated with me prior to the trip and was available when I needed to chat with him during our stay. There was snorkel gear, a cooler, beach chairs, etc available for us to use which was super convenient. We had provisions delivered prior to our stay and Raleigh helped coordinate the entry to the condo. Sapphire is definitely our favorite area of St Thomas with the close access to Red Hook and all of the amenities on the beach. There is a steep hill to walk up to get to this condo from the beach, but it did not bother my husband and I and we are pushing 40. We loved the island and can't wait to plan our next trip there!
