Village By The Beach, Beautiful Water View Townhome

This townhome is located one block from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a 2-3 minute walk to the beach or you have a choice between two pools with a splash pad and play ground. Our townhome is conveniently located a short drive from restaurants, local shops, grocery store, boat ramps and marinas!

Village By The Beach is an impressive newer community with 2 incredible pools heated for year round swimming, BBQ pits and restrooms. Located close to Bob Hall Pier, dining locations, and nightlife.

This townhome was completed the summer of 2017. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 story, beach view, and fenced in yard. Can accommodate up to 8 guests with a King size bed in the master, a full/twin bunk and single twin bed in the 2nd bedroom, and also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs along with full baths in both. The living area and kitchen are upstairs to maximize the view along with a full bath. Well behaved pets are welcome with a paid pet fee, the small fenced in backyard and upper balcony are arranged for outdoor relaxing.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you need to fill like you are right at home. Keurig coffee maker is available with coffee pods provided, along with a toaster, crockpot, blender, and tea kettle. WIFI internet is provided. Smart TV's are in every room with extended cable and access to your Netflix or other TV accounts.

Enjoy the luxury of doing laundry right here in the home with a full size new washer and dryer, soap provided.

This property also includes clean linens, bath towels, beach towels and many, many other amenities. Pet friendly but please be sure to select that you are bringing your fur baby and pay the $100 pet fee.

The property is located on a barrier island. Grass is not something we have plenty of, the yard and common areas are white rock and convenient to pick up after pets. Pooch pick up bags are provided as well at the designated pet waste stations on the property.

Beach Trip
Check in was easy once we squared everything away. The Condo was Beautiful, just needs a good cleaning. The dryer didnt work correctly. We were there for the Holiday weekend. The pool was very overly crowded with a lot of rule breaking. Lots of bad language and rough playing lots of inconsiderate people.The Dog area has a walk way, we cut threw to get to the pool there was lots of Dog feces people were not picking up after there pets. We had a wonderful time though, we always do.

Great Location but Needs Deep Clean and Maintenance.
The property is in a great location, very close to the beach. The pool pictures make the pool look much bigger than it is but that didn’t really bother me. This place needs a deep clean! At first glance it was clean enough but then we took a good look around. The floors had not been mopped in who knows how long. When I wiped some yogurt my child dropped on the floor the paper towel was covered in black grime. The high traffic areas were wiped (hopefully) but there was a layer of dust elsewhere. Especially noticeable was on the decorative plants and table/rack in the bathroom and living room. Mold spots from condensation on the windows. Smushed and leaking ketchup packets inside the silverware drawer. Lightbulb was out over the dining room table. Fan and light in upstairs bathroom wasn’t working. The dining room table wobbled so bad we were afraid it would fall down. Cabinet door hung off the hinges in the kitchen. More dust in corners. No spare towels or bedsheets. And the washer had so much mold around the rim I wouldn’t dare put my kids clothes in there. No dishwasher pods but they request you start the dishwasher before checking out. I can go on… All of these things are easily fixable and could have been cleaned had someone cared enough to do so. My daughter wasn’t feeling well so I asked if we can check out late so we didn’t have to rush but I was told it would be an extra $30. I would’ve been happy to pay extra had the place been up to standard.

Nice place to stay
The condo was clean and close to the beach. The pools were great. The ONLY thing I’d say is that it advertised a pull out sofa bed- which was available- but it was not clean (water bottle cap and debris was in it when we pulled it out). If there are linens for it, we couldn’t find them , and it was pretty uncomfortable. Other than that- it was fine.

Thanksgiving getaway
Walk to a beautiful beach practically out the back door! It was a great location for hanging out, beach time, yummy restaurants, and anything you might need nearby. Was glad to have a bathroom on both floors for convenience. Smelled so nice inside compared to others we have visited that accept dogs. Super cute and comfy decor and furniture. Easy to get in, and easy to get around the area.

I drove my senior Mom & Aunt to Corpus for a reunion w/their brother. The room was clean, exactly as pictures depict. Each had their own bedroom and bath on ground floor. 2nd level maneuvering 13 stairs was kitchen/living rm and 3rd bath. Thankfully they could do so.

The property was clean and the owners were very easy to work with. It is very close to the beach (within walking distance). The property has both a back patio area and a balcony on the second floor that was wonderful to sit on in the morning listening to the waves. Absolutely wonderful time!

Nice stay, but needs updates and repairs
We enjoyed our stay on Padre Island at this condo - the location was excellent, the property manager was very responsive, and the amenities are nice. However, some updates and repairs would go a long way to making this condo more comfortable. To start, the floor was gritty when we arrived, before we ever went to the beach. There were dirty dishes put away in the cupboard, and there was significant mold in the washing machine. The towels and sheets had seen better days, but were in ok condition. The seating in the living room was not comfortable - we made the property manager aware that the middle seat of the couch was broken and sagging, and they mentioned they would need to replace it. Also, one of the appeals of this specific listing was the fenced yard for our pet, but the gate was broken and could not be closed.

Quiet location and VERY close to the beach
Great location close to the beach. Loved the 2nd story patio with bar-height chairs. Unconventional arrangement with bedrooms on the bottom floor and living area on the second floor. We REALLY liked it. The whole home is super clean and the bathrooms had plenty of towels for our family of four. The location is quiet and without drama. The owners are responsive and it's obvious they value their property. I would 100% consider staying at this location again.

Great place and location!
This property is really close to the beach, it was like a 2 minute walk. It was very clean and pretty spacious. We had about 6 people and it fit everyone really well. Its really cute and it was at a great location!
