Villa Kolkhi - Private House next to the Sea

The private 3 bedroom house is 150 meters apart from the beach. There is a big living room on the first floor with the fire place, it has big kitchen with every equipment, and a bathroom. On the second floor there is is also a small kitchen, 3 bedrooms that have air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms. The third floor is a verande with hammock, big umbrella and outdoor table and chairs. The house is laying between the mountains, has fresh air and sea view. There are several markets, restaurants, pharmacies and cafes nearby. The transport is travelling to the main city - Batumi on daily bases. If you are tired of the busy cities and industrial lifestyle, this private house is the best place for vacation.
