Great location, friendly staff but the room and some common areas can use some additional cleaning. Floors in the lobby area looked dirty. The room had a musty smell, mattress was uncomfortable, room could use some additional cleanning.

My wife and I loved our stay and wished we had another day to stay to enjoy the rest and relaxation. It was quiet ,clean and enjoyable. We will stay again as the beds were comfortable and clean. The room was cool and clean. Like I said we enjoyed our stay and will return. Thank You Best Western for the hot breakfast also it topped it all off.

As we said when we first arrived-the entry to the room is tight, could the bathroom be any smaller?, bar soap is a waste, we always stay in hotels that have 3 dispensers in the shower so we did not have shampoo or conditioner, no decaf coffee in the large carafes and the machine in the kitchen area only dispensed 1/2 cup of decaf both mornings we were there. The hotel needs to be refurbished.

We were in town for a funeral. Our room was small but very nice and our beds were wonderful. It was just my daughter and me. The first time we were in Bowling Green. We loved the area and Best Western Plus was close to everything. We did a lot of shopping and visiting with family

Overall not a great stay. The elevator was dirty and hot. It seems only the outside of the building and the lobby were updated as the room looked old and dingy.
