The pool was closed and we stayed here because we have a 4 year old that was cooped up in a car all day and we thought he’d be able to get his energy out. There was a huge stain on the ceiling room 323 that looked like the roof had been leaking. Spot by bathtub had been half fixed looked awful. For $178 a night it definitely was not worth the price.

The pet fee was very high. The room didn’t smell good. The door to the employee work room was open that we could see workers hanging out in the not-so-nice room. The pool and jacuzzi were “closed until further notice.

We did not reserve a handicapped room, but that's what we got. We did not like the small vanity with no place to store items and the shampoo, conditioner and soap in a wall dispenser that was hard to reach from the shower. The air conditioner was not great and the pillows were too hard. We did not like the lounge couch/chair, hard to use.

This hotel would have received 5 stars from me if all of the doors in the hotel didnt slam shut every time. there was also a constant beeping noise in my room, but it was tolerable so I am not even including that in my rating. I was very conscious to not allow my hotel room door to close on its own, but I cannot say the same for the other guests. I cannot stress how loud the doors were when they slammed shut, and I jumped at least twice while in my room due to the guests allowing their doors to slam. The area was great, and the food choices were also plentiful in addition to it being right off of the main highway. The staff were very friendly and the amenities were top notch.
