Typical Hyatt, not updated from 1990. Glass etched bathroom door which does not seal andl lets light out, only one usb charger, tv did not work, fair breakfast.

Not worth it
Had to park in a parking garage and go through another door that ended up locking us out. We were not made aware that this is how we had to get in and out. For one night it was ok. Just the fact I had two rooms and they put us on separate floors and they also took incidental fees that won’t come off for 7 days. Not a very good situation when traveling cross country with little ones and family.

The hotel decor is very modern. It is located on the college campus. The hotel seemed clean and nicely decorated. The room was large. The beds were pretty firm. Had a difficult time sleeping but this seems yo be common anymore. My only two complaints are the glass sliding door to the bathroom, which offers No Privacy, and the internet connection was terrible. We tried multiple times to watch a movie on HBO and the tv kept stopping saying "No Connection" then would pick back up once internet service came back. Seems odd being in the middle of the city on a college campus to not have a steady internet feed. The glass sliding door is somewhat frosted, but you can still see into it and there is no sound barrier at all. Be prepared.

Amazing stay with excellent accommodations. We were in town for a football game— Go Tops!— and the hotel even provided us a shuttle to the field. 10/10 recommend.

Property has gone downhill since we stayed a couple years ago. In particular the breakfast is pretty poor. Limited selection, all plastic and paper flatware and dishes, coffee terrible most days. Room AC/heat was very loud. And there was another loud hum coming from behind the wall.

We enjoyed our stay as we were visiting our nephew and touring WKU. Its very convenient walking distance to campus. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The only poor comment I have is the trash cans with lids behind the toilet. Get rid of the lid, not super clean. Otherwise a great stay.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was adequate. The reason I gave this a four star is because they actually gave our room away because they were overbooked so when we arrived at 1 AM I had to go to another hotel. They did end up reimbursing me, But it was quite a hassle. I Have never had this experience in my 47 years of extensive travel! So, just be aware that this may happen.
