The ac in the halls wasn’t operational and the elevators were boarded up, not a terrible place to stay but not worth the price in my opinion

The staff was friendly and overall the place was well kept. No issues with the room at all except in the morning we saw a roach under the bed. And the safety lock on the door was loose.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Horrible. We paid in advance with a gift card we were given because we didnt have money and were traveling with toddlers to see family. When we got there we were hit with a surprise $100 fee we were not told about. We couldnt pay it as we did not have the money. Hence using a GIFT CARD we were GIVEN. Not only did they refuse to let us stay in our room, they also refused to refund us, and charged a fee to cancel.

Once you get there they charge you a 100 dollar deposit. They give it back when you leave if it’s cash but 7-10 business days if on a card.

Do not recommend! Old, Dated, and Musty
We requested a room on the 1st floor and were assigned a room on the 2nd floor and told that there is an elevator. The room had a wall that had been repaired with Hardiboard and now texturing over the board. The room smelled musty and we could not view our car, which is why we wanted a 1st floor room.

Good place to stay on a budget.
Air conditioner did not work well so we got a fan from the office. They offered a room change if we wanted. So kudos for that. The pool area was too hot. Need to open up the roof or put fans in to draw the heat out.
