The check in staff lacked any kind of warmth. The accommodation is right by the pub and there were people loitering in the car park and making noise late into the night. The bed cover/quilt looked grubby and query whether it had been laundered. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and a hot shower set off the fire alarm. No one responded to it which in the circumstances I was thankful for. For the price paid, the experience was really disappointing.

Great motel attached to the hotel. Easy walking around the town with many dining options. Good size room with good facilities. Hotel bistro served good meals. I would stay again on my next visit to Bowral.

Location is very good The room was clean but lacked some maintenance the power point in the bathroom didn't work nor did the power point for the electric jug. I really thought they would also supply a microwave in the room.

Staff very helpful. Struggle to climb stairs. Changed to downstairs room with no hassle. Hotel is clean and tidy with plenty of parking. Wonderful bed. Will stay again.

We stayed here for a night in mid April 2024. They will take copies of your credit card and drivers license on check in. Copying a drivers license is not that uncommon, although disappointing. Copying all the details on a credit card is uncommon, and very poor practice. Processes here pose a material risk of fraud/identity theft. It was generally neat, clean and quiet. The associated hotel conveniently has a bistro and pizza restaurant, and it is an easy few minutes walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants. There is reverse cycle split system heating and cooling. It struggled to get a lot of warmth into the room - the brick walls that help with noise also tend to retain the cold. Power points next to the bed are located low and behind the bedside table. You can plug your phone in there, although it will require a bit of work. The bathroom and shower will be good for someone who is tall, and hot water delivery was strong and consistent. The bathroom does get very steamy and wet in the absence of an exhaust fan. Both Netflix and Prime were logged in and ready to use - not sure whether this was intended, or a previous guest did not log out. Wifi is included. Download and upload speeds were 27.5 Mbps and 8.1 Mbps respectively. There is open air onsite parking. It is a little tight but reasonably usable.

The room is/was convenient and warm and provided us with all the comforts we needed. The access to the main street is/was fantastic and to have a bistro on site was a huge advantage. Thank you.

Convenient place to stay in Bowral. Close to everything. Easy onsite parking. Spacious rooms. Only negative is the bathroom fogged up very quickly. Have stayed here previously and will do so again.
