Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the warmth of this tastefully appointed condo. After an exhilarating day on the slopes, gather around the large TV with cable to unwind and watch a favorite show or movie. When mealtime comes, prepare culinary delights in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary utensils to whip up delicious meals. Fuel up at the dining table, which comfortably accommodates the whole family. Convenience is key with a private washer/dryer within the condo, allowing you to pack light.

Boyne Mtn is great, Vacasa the management company is not.
Boyne Mountain is great place with lots to do. Vacasa, the management company the owner chose is lousy. Numerous calls to the management company requesting help gaining access, controlling the temp and other amenities with several promises to send someone out to help never happened. I will absolutely use VRBO again and I will stay at Boyne as well but I will not ever book a property again that is managed by Vacasa.

The door code is impossible to open

Don’t Stay Here until they make repairs !
We had the most unsafe and terrible experience at this rental. ALL of the smoke detectors were off the wall, there was not a lock on our door to the upper unit and worried that our items were not safe, there were piles of items in the hallways and packed on the bed, I injured my toe on an item left in the hallway, and there was at least 10 bottles of alcohol left out as well as bleach (accessible to children). There were 2 closet doors not secured to walk and hanging off closet, I would like an entire refund and all of these things taken care of for the next tenant. This is very dangerous and could be a lawsuit in the future. Please let me know how you want to handle this moving forward. I will hold off contacting the better business bureau for now in hopes that you will provide safe accommodations for future renters.
