TRUE SLOPESIDE Ski In/Out on PRIME Boyneland Slope!

ONE OF A KIND SLOPESIDE SKI IN / OUT CONDO LOCATED ON THE PRIME BOYNELAND RUN! Just a short walk to the waterpark and resort area restaurants. While there are many Disciples Ridge Condo options to choose from, my family choose this condo because of its unique private wooded mountain side setting on a cul de sac adjacent to the easy Boyneland run. The advantage of our location is that our condo is high enough on the slope to allow you to ski down hill directly over the high speed 6 person chair lift.

The Boyneland run also allows for a gentle ski over to the magic carpet/bunny hill area for the younger children to practice. The magic carpet is located in front of the ski school and day care center, which allows for an easy drop off for parents. For the older kids and adults, this run allows for immediate access to the lifts that open early and close the latest. The Boyneland Run is open for night skiing to maximize your fun during your stay!

UPPER FLOORS INCLUDE
- 3 bedrooms (see map in our photos for details)
- 3 full bathrooms
- The master bedroom is set up with a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and includes a king size bed, flat screen TV and direct access to a private deck.
- The remaining two bedrooms include 2 queen size beds, each with adjacent full bathrooms (the loft room includes a shower/tub)
- Full kitchen with breakfast bar, includes stove, fridge, dishwasher and has plenty of pots, plans, dishes, coffee maker, etc.
-Two story great room with wooded private view, gas fireplace, chair, large flat screen HD TV, dining table for 6 and couch with pull out bed

-1 bedroom with king size bed and bunk bed (single + double)

Boyne Mountain has much to offer!
-Head over to Deer Lake Beach, just a short 5 minute drive. Summertime at Deer Lake allows for paddle boarding, fishing, making sand castles, mini-golf, tiki bar and much more!
-Many groomed runs for expert and beginners, terrain park or tubing park offer plenty to explore.
-When you want some more fun in the snow, grab a tube and head to the tubing park
-Michigan's largest indoor water park in a short walk away. Avalanche Bay is fun and relaxing for all ages.
-Boyne has many seasonal activities to take advantage of including ice skating, sleigh rides, bonfires, kids activities, festivals.
-If you get hungry or thirsty on the slopes stop in at the Eagle’s Nest for a bite or just to warm up.
-Pizza and sandwiches are available in the Trophy Room or have it delivered directly to your condo.
-Lessons, rentals are available for all ages at the main lodge along with child care, restaurants.
-Head to the Clock Tower or Mountain lodge's shared hot tub and heated pools, availability and fees are set by Boyne Mountain.
-If you still want more, head up to Boyne Highlands or Nub’s Nob for the day and take in their slopes.
- Plenty of dining options near the main lodge just a short walk away. There is full dining at Everett's, Erickson's, Pierson's.
-After a long day of golfing, skiing, or swimming , enjoy a relaxing spa treatment

At Boyne Mountain you can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine. At Boyne Highlands are the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather courses. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry. A golf shop is on site at Boyne Mountain for all of your golfing needs.

Ski holiday

Perfect home right on the slopes and a 3 min drive in to the resort for meals. Thank you - we all had a brilliant break and thoroughly enjoyed the fresh snow every day. Will be back with our friends!

The condo was slopeside as described and had plenty of amenities for our group of 13. Lots of beds and bathrooms with clean linens and tons of towels. Everything you need was provided. Great Location

The property was as advertised and we could ski directly to the back door of the property from the slopes. Check in and check out was simple and the host was easy to work with. Would definitely consider this property for our next visit to Boyne Mountain.

This property was wonderful for our family. We loved having the ski slope just a few steps from our door. Ski in ski out can’t be beat! The accommodations were perfect, clean and so well decorated. Wow! Great place and true ski-in/out !

We had a fabulous week stay for our family of 13. The place was setup so everyone had their own space and accommodated the young ones sleep schedules while letting the adults enjoy. We took advantage of several days of skiing and was the perfect venue to get on the slopes then warm the toes by the fire . No problems and made great memories!

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Lots of room for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. Condo is a very convenient central location for day trips to Mackinac Island, Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Leland, Petoskey, etc. this was by far the best stocked kitchen of any of our VRBO stays. Crockpot was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

My only suggestion is a larger wastebasket. If any discounts to Boyne activities were available that would be amazing...the extra activities could add up quickly. The house was in a perfect area surrounded by breweries, bike paths and lots of water within a short distance.We enjoyed our time in your well equipped condo!!

Very well represented

One of the best places to enjoy time with our family. Used for excursion to Charlevoix, Petoskey and Mackinac Island. Mackinac City is just over an hour and the rest less than 30 minutes. Plenty of swimming and other water activities close by. A great place to enjoy Boyne Mountain activities also.

Great communication and location for waterpark.

Stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. The house, location compared to the Boyne activities, and owner communication were all fantastic. Having multiple levels was great to keep everyone separate when we wanted quiet time. A side note: 2 of the adults in my group have mobility/accessibility struggles and there’s a lot more up hill walking and stair climbing than I had anticipated. We made it through fine and this topography/layout seems to to be consistent with all other homes in the area but I thought it might help some.

Family get away

We stayed for only 3 nights and appreciated the a availability of not having to do 7 days like so many other locations. Convenient to Petoskey to enjoy the beach. Even though there were only 6 adults and 3 under age 6, we liked and used all the space. Only wish was for more area around condo for little children to play outside. Also couldn’t find anyplace to take our recycling. Overall wonderful place and would consider it again!
