The property is going through a renovation, but was not noisy. The renovated rooms are great, the bathroom was the highlight. Yhe AC unit was a little loud, but was colder than the arctic (a plus!) The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is close to shopping and restaurants. The only drawback was it seemed that the front desk was unable to add our AAA number to the reservation or make the necessary adjustment to rge room charges, but all in all, would book again.

The hotel is going through renovations and was a mess. Stunk of paint a lone almost made us change hotels. Went to use the TV and plugs in the room and was not working. Called the front desk ( who was very nice ) at 9:05pm and said she would send up Maintenace right up to fix the TV and wall outlets. Waited a half hour as it was getting too late and I called to cancel the Maintenace guy because it was getting too late and we were exhausted. Changed our plug in devices to a different wall so they would charge and went without the TV. Was told we would not have to pay for the room, and at check out they could not refund use because we used a 3rd party for book. Lesson 1, never book through expedia again, 2 never trust expedia for booking suggestion, and 3 call the hotel to determine if they are painting rooms, hallways, elevators and going through major construction projects during the holiday season. The construction crew was working from 9am to 6pm. the morning of check out the TV came on at 9am because some knucklehead turned the breaker back on that Maintenace couldn't find. I want a full refund.

The guy who checked me in provided little to no information. There were stains on the carpet and floors in the room and bathroom. The balcony was very dirty. No microwave in the room.

The hotel is nice and getting updated-was dissappointed there was no free coffee-every hotel has free coffee! Also no microwave! Who doesn’t include a microwave? And the air conditioner was so loud-it kept me up all night!

Where to begin. Sheets did not fit the bed and came off. Three pillows for two people. Towels thin and scratchy with three bath, two washcloths, and one hand towel for two people. No hot water in shower, barely warm. No coffee in lobby and they charged us $8.00 for two cups of coffee from their coffee bar! The halls smelled of marijuana smoke, which also seemed to enter the room from the ventilation system, and this room was in the newly remodeled section. We had no idea of the depths into which Marriott has sunk. Avoiding in the future for sure.
