My room was infested with cockroaches, there was mold all over my bathroom, the sink was clogged, the pack and play was disgusting, I asked them to clean the room they never cleaned I asked them to unclog the sink they told me they can’t I told them about the roaches asked to move rooms they told me no I asked for a manager no one would give me a name I have proof and pictures of everything… it was disgusting grounds had beer bottles and soda bottles all over the parking lot I would like to be contacted and refunded

We were there to visit friends who lived close by. The hotel was very convenient to our friends. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. We were given extra towels when asked. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The hotel was also very convenient for shopping and restaurants.
