BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Constructed in 2021, this townhouse seamlessly blends urban and rural elements with modern appliances, furnishings, and decor. Discover local favorites at 4 Corners, The Coffee Pot, Dry Hills Distillery, Primal Meat and Deli, or Mazevo Coffee. The bustling Main Street of Bozeman is just a brief seven-mile drive away! The kitchen boasts all new state-of-the-art appliances and ample storage, while the living room features a cozy gas fireplace. Whether you're into skiing or hiking in Montana, this home offers comfort for all.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS: Located all on one level, the home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed, an en suite bathroom with his / hers sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms include a queen bed in each room. These two bedrooms use the hall bath. All bedrooms have large closets and beautiful new bedding.

KITCHEN: This fully equipped kitchen has all the hardware needed to prepare delicious meals. From the new stainless-steel appliances to the granite counter tops, and the bar top island it is a chef’s playground. On the patio off the living and master bedroom you can find the BBQ and comfortable seating for outdoor enjoyment.

DINING AREA: With an open floor plan, the dining area has ample room to enjoy meals at a uniquely wooden built table with seating for six. There is extra seating for 3 at the bar.

LIVING ROOM: This home has an open living area, connected to the kitchen and dining area with access to the outdoor patio. A comfy sofa, love seat and chair are arranged for evening conversation or watching a few movies on the television above the fireplace.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: It's about ten-mile to the Bozeman Yellowstone International airport.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: Enjoy acres of well maintained trail system, green space, playground and park in the Middle Creek Parklands. Axtell Bridge fishing site is 15 minutes away! For workout enthusiasts, Bozeman's premier athletic club/spa is just a few miles away. Enjoy hiking and mountain biking in the nearby Bridger or Big Sky Mountains (both less than an hour drive), fishing, golf, white-water rafting, horseback riding and all that the towns of Bozeman and Livingston have to offer. Yellowstone Park is a beautiful 1.5 hours drive away.

Beautiful space, great location!
Our stay here was just fantastic. Located just west of downtown Bozeman was perfect in terms of the easy 5 minute drive to the thriving downtown area and also just minutes away from Highway 191 that we took south to Big Sky and Yellowstone. The condo was so quiet, clean, and felt brand new. The beds were very comfortable and the layout very thoughtful. We will absolutely look forward to staying here again. The host was very friendly and helpful too! It’s fantastic!

We had a great visit to Bozeman for graduation weekend. Although the property was not in town, it only took a few minutes to get to campus and downtown. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We visited to the Primal butcher shop & market in Four Corners which had a great selection of meats and prepared foods. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

We were so pleased with our condo on Albrey Trail. It was beautifully furnished, clean and stocked to meet all of our needs! I would recommend this condo to anyone for a vacation. My title says it all. We were running low on toilet paper, so we made a phone call to the management company and they gave us a code to unlock the supply cabinets to find more TP. We liked the walking trails nearby and the convenient location to our event. The neighborhood was very quiet. Spacious.
