BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Bozeman Southside Retreat is a cozy home located on Bozeman's south side near MSU. Available for 30+ night rentals.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, complete with luxury linens and high-end mattresses. The master suite on the main floor has a king size bed with a walk-in tile shower and dual sinks. Upstairs are the additional two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds that share a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Enjoy the south facing windows in the bedrooms that provide lots of sunlight and amazing mountain views.

LIVING, KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The main floor of this home is dedicated to an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. You'll find stainless steel appliances and a full selection of cookware and serving ware. The rustic dining room table has seating for 8 and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. In the living room you'll find comfy seating to cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 65" TV.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: There are plenty of spots to sit outside and soak up the crisp mountain air! At the front of the house you'll find a small porch with seating for two and the back of the house features a spacious patio with outdoor seating, a gas fire pit, and a grill. WELL, THE INSPECTION CREW SAID WE PASSED AND THAN I GET A CALL FROM SOMEBODY TELLING ME WE DID NOT, THERE WERE STAINS AND SCRATCHES ON THAT FLOOR WHEN WE ARRIVED. THEN THE COST OF PLACE WAS NOT WORTH IT......... THANKS
