I was really turned off by having to pay extra for parking in the spacious parking lot. I have stayed in many many Montana hotels and have never had to pay extra for parking before. There are many comparable hotels that don’t charge for parking and that is where I will be staying in the future.

Our stay was good. Wasn’t aware there was an additional charge for parking. The pet fee was high $70 deposit/non-refundable with a $20/day additional charge. The accommodations and staff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was limited in options. Waffles, bagels, Eggs and Bacon, that never came out together. Not to the fault of the hotel staff but just the other guests were glutunous. I’ve never seen anything quite like it.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. We asked for additional softer pillows and they were worse than the others. Also, I was charged hidden fees from our stay(parking fees). I was told by the staff that it was just an incidental fee and that it would be reversed after I left the property, but in fact it was not taken off. Not happy with being lied to.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The pullout mattress could be more comfortable maybe with a mattress topper. Paid parking is a little extreme. But overall the stay was very nice.
