Bazı personel terlikle dolaşiyor. Otel yönetimi kahvealtı ve akşam yemeğine odaklanmış. Diğer hizmetler zayıf. Bir de 2 gece düğün/kına gecesi organizasyonu ve gece 24:00 kadar yüksek sesli müzik ve gürültü, çok rahatsız ediciydi.
