Beautifully decorated.
Beautiful property. Loved the parrots. Good shape considering the hurricane. Good communication with owner. Pool was not warm enough most days to swim but it was chilly out. They tried. Some plumbing issues with sink and water pressure. All in all we enjoyed stay.

House was good and spacious, as a suggestion, should be an outside shower before using the pool, the driving distance to the beach is short, and if you're lucky the manatee will be swimming next to you

Hurricane Debby
Hurricane Debby came in and the streets were flooded. We were having a wedding on Monday morning. We were suppose to stay in the house on Sunday night, but were afraid we would get trapped, and some of our party couldn't go through the water that was already there. I texted and ask if we could get any credit since we were not going to use it but one night, and the county was warning to stay off streets. The person said that was just too bad. Should there have been any credit for that?

We had a great stay at this VRBO! It had plenty of space for our family and was within a few miles of the beach! We enjoyed time by the pool soaking up the sun! Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful time. The pool was amazing and clean and the beach was a very short drive away over the bridge. We had such a lovely time here. The property manager was very attentive to anything we may have needed which wasn’t much because they had the house ready. I will be making another reservation here

Weekend with the girls!
My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip/bachelorette weekend and this house was PERFECT! The owner/property manager was very fast in responding to messages and everything was well stocked with the basic toiletries. The living room was very spacious with very comfortable seating. The kitchen was also great and well stocked, even though we only used the refrigerator. It’s such a cute place with great beach decorations throughout!

This property looks amazing. We really wished we would have been able to stay here. Unfortunately, after reserving the property and reading the contract, we found the property was not able to accommodate the breed of our dogs. The management company was very responsive and helpful in navigating the return of the reservation fee.

Great stay!
My family of 5 (3 teens) really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and enough space to spread out. Questions we had were quickly answered through texts. Only confusion we ran into was from booking on vbro the pet limits were not listed. A call to the office cleared everything up before we got there. The yard was perfect for our small dogs. The house has coffee maker with the pods. The ceiling fans/lights in the rooms all had remotes and were a nice extra. We did find that the signals would get mixed. You thought you were turning off your fan or lights but would be turning off the other rooms fan/lights instead. The kids enjoyed the pool and we throughly enjoyed our stay. It was super close to all the beautiful beaches!

House was great, when we first pulled in we were not sure but it ended up being a nice little neighborhood, only a few mintutes from the beach. We rented a golf cart and were able to drive it back and forth from the beach each day! Over all we would recommend it and would stay there again!

This was a convenient place to stay that was not to far from the beach or town. The Catholic Church was close by. It had a very homey feel. The kids enjoyed the pool. The extra refrigerator was a great add. Especially for so many people celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. The only problem we had was that we could not find the remote for the living room television.b

Water didn’t drain in tub. Very low water pressure in back bathroom. People showing up most days to shock pool needs to be done when you don’t have people staying showing up to water plants. It was like they were spying on you!!! Floors really need a good mopping feet got black just walking across them.. house was really pretty just needs a little work. Nice guite neighbor hood.

Great stay!
The house was very clean, very cute, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, not far from longboat key, Anna, Maria Island, and Bradenton. Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again.

A true feeling of Florida
A great home that gave us a true Floridian feeling during or stay in Sunny Shores and beautiful memories that will last forever. That to us is what it truly is all about. Great central location and a wonderful friendly neighborhood . A special thank you to Doug who lives right across the street and maintains the home he is a true saint and made us feel so relaxed and at home . Soccer Tourney
The whole stay was perfect, the only regret is we weren’t down there for vacation versus being at a soccer tournament. The house was virtually spotless and very relaxing with the various birds and flora fauna. We spent a lot of time watching the birds wasting out of the feeder. The only issue we had was the ceiling fans remotes control fans in other rooms of the house, ie bedroom fan turns on the other bedroom fans/lights. We will definitely stay down there again should we need to vacation or otherwise. I loved cooking on the Green Egg which is just like mine at home. Thank you!!!

The location was super convenient. The information provided prior to our stay was a little disappointing. Most items that they said would be provided to get started were not there i.e. laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. It would have been nice if they let us know what type of coffee maker so we could have bought the correct type of coffee.
