Very unhappy .
Well it was the worst place i have stayed for a long time . We were put on the 4 floor with no lift due to it being out of order . Room was not cleaned properly as my son found a clum of hair on the floor and a long black hair in the shower (we all have short hair ) We asked for food and was encouraged to go to pizza hut as it meant they would have to put the oven on and it takes 20 mins to warm up . Didn't sleep as the air vents wouldn't shut so could hear all the traffic. We felt like we were staying in faulty towers. Breakfast berries for fruit and yoghurt were still frozen not much selection on continental and overall not very good .

Not comfy bed.. Smaller room than compared to similar budget hotel. Inadequate lights in room. Complimentary breakfast nor so good. Room is also just at similar level of Cinemax roof, so window position also bad.

Great stay, would come again!
Overall a very pleasant stay with all needs met. Lovely brekky offered and we appreciated the added touch of ‘halal sausages’ on the breakfast menu. Very inclusive! The only complain I have is that the bed was a let down. Unfortunately it didn’t meet up to our standards and we were uncomfortable most of the night.

Whilst experience was average, it is poor that you run out of cooked breakfast even though it has 2 hours to go. This is the first time I have experienced this for those including breakfast as part of their rate

Average stay . Lift broken the whole stay for the week . On 4th floor stairs all the time not ideal. Conflicting information on late checkout by staff. Overall room good . Have to pay £10 per week for parking in a multi-storey no use if you have a work van. Only for car use . Good location for city centre . Complimentary breakfast

The staff at check-in were great, polite, respectful, helpful and did everything very quick. Also staff during my stay. Had terrible time to find the Hotel and the parking. Had to go around for 45 minutes until someone suggested to me to park at a parking place that turned up to be the one Hotel uses for their guests!!! Rook was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean.

Excellent hotel
Stayed here many times before and we recommend this hotel again and again. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is very good. Good location for public transport and access to city centre on foot.
