It was my first time at a Holiday Inn hotel, and I was very impressed with the facilities and the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone going to Bradford.

Staff were very nice. Shower was not draining.Booked for family of 4 but there were only a double and single bed. Parking was the biggest issue as we had to walk with our 4 ocs of luggage from another building. Unlike other hotels where you can unload infront of the property then park elsewhere.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a nice location but is looking a little dated. Room are fine but dark. There's no AC in the rooms and it was very warm but there is a desk fan which helps.
