I have stayed here a couple of times but this time there was no hot water for my stay and the lights were not working in the hotel room. I got moved to another room but there was an issue with the keycard. It did not work and a staff member had to let me into the hotel room. There was no hot water during my entire stay and I could not have a shower the next day.

No draft beers available, really slow service in restaurant. Food was good though. Service again at breakfast was poor had to go looking for someone they the chef supplied me with decent food except the beans smelled of curry…

This is a terrible hotel. We had no hot water, no remote control for the TV. The staff didn’t care. They would give us a refund. In my opinion we will never stay here again.

Pleasant reception staff on arrival however lift not working so had to carry a heavy case up the stairs. In the morning the water was off in bathroom so not able to flush toilet or shower. Used bottled water to brush teeth.

When my husband & I checked in we were immediately upgraded, because I am disabled & use a wheelchair, the room we were originally given had 3 steps to get to it & they said that we would find it difficult to get too so was given a lovely large room, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were so lovely, kind & attentive. The only down side we found was there weren’t any large disabled parking bays near the entrance, in fact there weren’t very many at all.
