This A-frame cabin exudes retro Lake Naci character and is just what you need to unplug, unwind, and slip back in time. On the main level, you'll find the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with wood burning fireplace, plenty of places to sit, and just what you'll need to cook a homemade meal. You won't find a TV, but instead lots of board games, a record player, a CD player, a telescope, a wood-burning fireplace, and space to connect and make lasting memories. A laundry room and bathroom are also on the main floor. Out on the 400 sq ft deck, you'll find two propane BBQs, a fire pit, comfy patio furniture overlooking the lake, and a great view of The Cantinas. There are steep wooden stairs up to the second floor of the A-frame, not suitable for young children or the elderly. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with fresh cotton linens. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed. Both bedrooms have doors out to the upper balcony with beautiful mountain and lake views.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and community amenities including a seasonal pool, kiddie pool, playground, basketball courts, mini golf, community events, and boat ramp when lake levels permit. Wifi, a washer and dryer, and wood for the fireplace are provided for guests.
There is NO TV in the home. This is the perfect place to step away and spend quality time with your loved ones!
*If guests wish to watch TV, they must bring a laptop or iPad and may use the WiFi to stream shows.
Important:
Located in a gated community highly monitored by an HOA, make sure to follow the rules exactly to avoid tickets and fines. Two vehicles max, no pets, and no guests who are not on the reservation list. Guests must arrive during gate operating hours or they will not be able to enter the property during their stay. At the west ramp, you can dock your boat on a first-come first-served basis. We do not suggest parking a boat at the house, there is little space, a steep driveway, and not much space to turn around. Boats/boat trailers can not be parked on the street.
