Located in the beautiful city of Braga, this 3-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for comfortable and spacious accommodation. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator.

The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, a dining table for four and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings. There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

The kitchen has a table for two and has all the essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and an oven. There is also a washer and a drying rack for your laundry needs.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, a sunroom, and a wardrobe, providing ample space for relaxation and storage. The other two bedrooms offer double beds, desks, and cabinets. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The apartment also includes one bathroom and a powder room, ensuring that everyone has enough space and privacy. All the bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

São Vicente is a civil parish located in Braga, in the northern region of Portugal.

São Vicente is conveniently located near the city of Braga, which is one of the most historically significant cities in Portugal. Residents and visitors quickly access Braga's amenities, cultural attractions, and historical sites.

Although São Vicente is close to Braga, it offers a more tranquil suburban environment. It provides a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

The northern region of Portugal is known for its scenic beauty, and São Vicente is no exception. The area is surrounded by lush landscapes, making it an excellent place for nature enthusiasts to explore.

São Vicente is home to many historical buildings and monuments that showcase the region's rich heritage. As in many Portuguese towns and cities, the local church plays a significant role in the community. The Church of São Vicente, a beautiful and ancient religious structure withstood the test of time, is a place of worship, cultural significance, and a testament to the region's deep Catholic roots.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
