In the spacious living room with integrated kitchen, which opens onto the terrace and garden, there is a pellet stove, the central heat source of this very well insulated property. A person with reduced mobility can travel with you: The house is equipped with wide doors, a shower at ground level without edges, a sliding wall in the bathroom and a ramp up to the front door. In addition, the one of the three bedrooms is located on the first floor. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers for your optimal relaxation. In an enclosure in the garden chickens and goats are at home to the delight of large and small guests. 1 km away, a public swimming pool invites you to lots of swimming fun. After exploring Saumur, the nearest town (15 km), horse lovers can visit the legendary Cadre Noir riding school. Discover the many castles that adorn the Loire Valley. Cycling enthusiasts should not miss to deposit part of the route "La Loire à Vélo", which runs 8 km away along the river all the way to Nantes. About 1 hour by car, Angers with its castle and the famous tapestry of the Apocalypse awaits your visit. Golf course 17 km. Fishing possible in the many streams in the area.

What a delightful house, so much to offer for the price. We were thrilled to have so much space, well equipped, nice to have a garage for our bicycles. Great location to cycle right out the door to the Loire countryside.

Maison très bien située pour rayonner : Nantes, Saumur, Angers , Chaumont sur Loire (festival des jardins). Grand séjour très lumineux et 3 chambres agréables. Accueil très pétillant avec une bouteille au frigo. . . . et un panier d'oeufs des jolies poules rousses dans le pré devant la terrasse !

Semaine au calme
Une maison très propre et spacieuse dans un clos en retrait des villes sans pour autant être loin de tout. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, ils aiment leur région et la connaissent bien. Tout en habitant à côté ils savent rester discrets, nous ne les avons pas vu durant notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation.
