HOT TUB!!!! Amazing view of the Mississippi River from a massive window in the center of the home. Lots of space in and outside of the house. Dock for your boat, and amazing fishing off the dock and our 220ft of river shore. Perfect for families and friends to make tons of memories! Game room basement with a pool table & ping pong in front of a big tv and kitchenette/bar. Our property is on the end of a culdesac with one neighbor, and is very secluded with plenty of parking. Two fire pits outside, floating dock to fish off of or tie a boat to, and a plenty of fishing spots on property.

Inside we have 2 kitchens, island bar seating, 8 seater dining room table, 4 bedrooms, 7 beds and a pullout couch, plenty of space for large groups. Pool table in the basement with ping pong board, kitchennete and bar, 65" TV perfect for watching movies or sport events.

Outside we have a table and two chairs on the patio, as well as another table and 4 chairs on the stone patio. Next to that we have a fire pit area with 6 chairs and more chairs around the house. Take the pathway down by the dock (or bring your boat and tie up!) and we have another few chairs and another fire pit. There is also a trail you can follow that leads to a clearing with another table and four chairs and another firepit overlooking the shore of the Mississippi River as well.

Multiple trails, parks, golf courses within 20-30 minutes! Boat slip less than 2 miles away for anyone wanting to dock their boat on our dock as well.
