The stay was good for the most part - especially for the price. The biggest issue was that the beds in my particular room felt very uncomfortable - as if the mattresses had lost all of their padding. I couldn’t lie on my back for more than a few minutes before it would start to feel sore. But I have stayed in this hotel multiple times before and have never had this issue so I am hoping this was just a fluke.

Owner was friendly and was quite attentive to our needs during our stay. I wanted to give a hotel, which is not a chain, a chance and I was not disappointed. Nice and will stay again!

Not so pleasant a stay!

My husband and I have stayed here before and it was a good experience so we decided to stay here with our family this time. SO the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we were on the 1st floor and whomever was staying above us were up till 2 in morning the 1st night making all kind of noise during the night. It sounded like they were jumping on and off beds, walking back and forth all night and slamming doors. It was not pleasant at all. The next night was the same but not as late. Don't know what was going on. Didn't go complain just won't stay here again.

Decent for the price

This hotel was a good value for the price. The decor and linens could use some updating, but if you're looking for an adequate place, this is fine. It was mostly clean... just a few complaints: there was a drool mark on the pillow sham, mildew on the shower curtain, and dust in the corners of the bathroom. The breakfast was decent and gave us a good start to the day.

Best Hotel

After staying in hotels in Branson for over 25 years, this hotel was the cleanest, most comfortable, and most affordable hotel I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it to anyone going to Branson.

Enjoyed our stay

The room was clean and comfortable. Good hot water and the breakfast was great! Kind of out of the way but still close so there was not a lot of outside noise. Will stay there again!

I will never stay here again, the front desk guy was absolutely awful. He was very short with me, and rude. Yet when my husband walked by with me, he spoke pleasantly to him. There are so many other places, closer to the main road. Also, water pressure was non existent, don’t plan on being able to wash your hair!

When asking about early check in after being sent an email from the property saying “no problem”, the desk man said “That’s an extra charge!” Then when we were given our room at check in time, we were not given a king but 2 queens. When I asked, he said that’s the way Expedia sent it and if I wanted a refund he would do that and we could leave. I told him I wanted the king room and he said we just needed to leave! Very rude! Will never be back here.

Branson stay

About the same as it always is. Our TV didn’t work called the front desk and he told me to unplug HDMI cord and plug it back in. I did it and it worked but shouldn’t they have fixed it? I usually stay here when I’m in Branson but I may have to change hotels this one is getting old and dated.

Seemed clean on the surface but notice an empty roll off toilet paper behind the bathroom trash and a white cap looked like maybe off of shaving cream or whipped topping. Don’t know didn’t touch it or pick it up. Pulled the bathroom trash can out so the cleaning person would find it. This made me wonder if the room was cleaned good or not. I’m very conscious about sanitary n cleanliness when staying n a hotel.
