I asked for a handicapped room and got what I asked for. Two family couples had met here for the night and wanted to visit in the lobby for a while after dinner on their nice divans. We walked in asked if we could be helped. When we said what we wanted to do, we were told they didn’t like for people to sit in their lobby. Very rude! So what were the couches and chairs for?? Then asked us to leave the lobby was closing, but they had 4 more guests to check in. Just rude.

Upon first arrival we were impressed with size of the room, very accommodating. Bed was comfortable and tub/shower was good. As we began to settle in we noticed thing were not as good as they first seemed. We noticed a spoon under the TV table that looked like from, maybe a Sonic drive through. The handle to flush the stool was bad and wouldn't work right. The maid service was terrible. We stayed for 3 nights. We asked for clean towels after the first night and was not given any washcloths and eventually had to go to the office to get them. We were assured the next day would be taken care of, however when we arrived back after being out most of the day the dirty towels were still there and no clean ones. Management needs to wake up and straighten things out.

Thr indoor pool was nice. My 4 year old loves to swim and that is why we booked here. Check in was slow and very complicated. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but smelled faintly of cigarette smoke and there was burn hole in the bedspread. Breakfast was typical- nothing special.

The room was dirty, there were questionable stains on the carpet, the shower had a toothbrush in it, the toilet paper roll was almost empty ( I had to change it). There was globs of I don't know what on the lamp, the TV changer wad visibly dirty and hardly worked. It was late when we got in and we were only there for the night or else I would not have stayed there. the floor was so gross I didn't let me kids walk around without their shoes. Beds were clean and breakfast was good.

Everything was perfect at Angel Inn Central
Our stay at Angel Inn Central was perfect, actually, else I would tell you! Large room with fridge, microwave, coffee, and a real WaterPik shower head! Everything was perfectly clean and maintained. Breakfast was fine with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, ++. You could pay more in Branson, but why? Just off the main street, so it was also quiet! 10/10 from us!
