We are repeat customers to this Inn. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to several attractions and restaurants. The room is always clean. The breakfast options include hot and cold foods and plentiful. The only issue this time was a leaky spout in the tub.

Not the most fancy place in Branson, but for sure worth the money. Have stayed here a few times. The breakfast is great, biscuits, gray, eggs, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, waffles, etc. We were there 4 nights and never had our room cleaned or serviced. Had to call up to the front desk and walk down to get extra towels. Took out our own trash which wasnt bad considering there was a dumpster right by the building. We had a room with 3 queen beds the middle bed needed to be replaced was sunk down in the middle and not at all comfortable other 2 beds were great. Overall will consider staying again. Great price

I didn’t like that housekeeping didn’t bring towels every day. I was told they bring them every other day unless you tell the front desk person to bring them every day. We received 4 towels for 3 people and had to go to the front desk for more.

We were in one of the newly remodeled rooms. However, none of the electric outlets were working except the one at the vanity. Plugged my cell phone in the first evening and when I looked at the battery charge the next morning I had less battery than when I plugged it in. If you remodel a room, make sure things work. The mirror at the vanity looks nice when you turn it on, but you cannot see, because all the lighting is behind the mirror. There was also a mouse in our room the last night--that I am aware of. May have been in there all the time, but never saw it until I woke up in the middle of the night and saw it on my bed. Scary. Keep the door closed when cleaning the room.

No sooner walked in the room and looked down to see a roach crawling across the floor. Decided to Check the beds and sure enough there was bed bugs. Room was filthy. We left immediately.

Wouldn't recommend.
Booked way ahead and requested first floor ir near elevator. Arrived and was given 2nd floor room with no elevator. When checking in we told them we requested first floor due to disabilities we was told they must not have read the requests. Very accommodating. Got to our room only to be welcomed by a bed they was broke or very well worn as there was a sink hole in the middle.
