We had a mini family Branson vacation booked for 3 days, Thursday through Sunday. When we arrived at our room, the door was not locked and was not completely shut. As we brought in our luggage we noticed food on the floor, flossers under the bed and the worst part was the bathroom. The shower had long hair all over, along with pubic hair and it was completely dirty. Along the baseboard looked like mouse droppings. The bottom of the toilet had blue cleaner on it, the floor had white stuff all over by the toilet. We immediately went down to the front desk. She tried to get a hold of the manager and couldn't, we went to eat. When we came back, she tried to get us a different room or a another hotel room within the company. Nothing was available, she said all our money would we refunded and they would be giving us vouchers for a future stay because of the way our room was upon arrival. Saturday afternoon I get a call asking why we haven't checked out yet? I said we were booked for 3 days, I had to debate that with them. We came back that night to the hotel and our door was unlocked and cracked open the entire time we were gone. I was furious, went downstairs again to speak to the person at the desk. She apologized and said the manager would be meeting with me in the morning to discuss everything that had happened all weekend. At 8:45 this morning while we were sleeping the housekeepers opened our door, when check out wasn't until 11:00. The manager never showed up to meet me.
