Beautiful Branson Pointe Royale One Bedroom King + Queen Sleeper Sofa

This beautiful walk-in one bedroom condo in the Pointe Royale Golf community offers so many things to do right on the property like an outdoor swimming pool + an indoor pool + a kiddie pool, a bar & grill, a fitness center, golf, and a pro shop, which are all walking distance from our relaxing, spacious modern condo. There are also two playgrounds, dog parks, ponds, walking paths, and even access to Lake Taneycomo.

Plus you can venture out in all directions to all that Branson has to offer like world class shows, entertainment, amusement rides, restaurants, and so much more.

This lovely one bedroom condo gives you a wonderful home-base for it all. It has a super comfortable king size bed with sheer and black-out curtains for a peaceful nights rest, plus a queen size sleeper sofa.

There are stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a washer + dryer, robes, toiletries, coffee + creamers, and so much more. There is also a gorgeous view of the golf course and water feature from the balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine or coffee.

Our modern, spacious condo is also conveniently located: Silver Dollar City is only 16 minutes away, White Water is 11 minutes away, the Branson Landing is 21 minutes away, and 76 Country Blvd with lots of entertainment is only 14 minutes away!

Lovely little condo just right for two. Close enough but just far away enough from the Branson bustle. Everything was clean, neat and tidy with some nice surprises (coffee, spare toothbrushes, etc.) The host was very personable, informative and available. Will definitely look to stay again when in the area.

LOVE this place!!!
This is the best Vrbo that I have ever rented!!!! Celia is a great property manager and so easy to work with. Everything was just like the description. If someone made me find something to complain about (which is hard to find anything), the only thing I would say is that the shower needs a shower curtain liner. The bed is comfy and the grandkids slept well on the pull-out sofa. I will definitely stay in the future!

The location was perfect to get to all area locations. The host labeled all the switches and extras they made available for the guests. Things like coffee, cabinets, drawers, etc. We enjoyed watching golfers play the hole just off the balcony as well. It is a beautiful golf course. Overall a great stay!

Absolutely a great place. This condo was better than expected, gorgeous and fully stocked with unexpected comforts. So many details on things that just make staying a breeze. Coffee, sugar, baggies any thing you may need but forgot to pack is all there. Lots of bedding and extra cozy blankets. Thank you so much for the great stay. Would love to book again❤️

Perfect VRBO - Location and Owner
This experience was one of the BEST VRBO experiences I have ever had! The condo was GREAT! It was perfect size for the two of us during our stay in Branson, great location, central to everything we were going to see - downtown and Silver Dollar City. Even within the condo complex, the location is great, close to the clubhouse which has the gym, pool, and courts. We love pickleball and appreciated being able to play in the morning before starting our day. What impressed me the most about this place was the owner, Celia! She is so attentive, kind and helpful and great communication throughout! All the amenities are clearly marked in the condo and she provides things most 5-star hotels do not provide! The unit is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated (even had a Christmas tree up), and so comfortable. Do not hesitate to rent this place! We will definitely be staying here for our next visit to Branson!

We stayed here for my daughter's gymnastics competition, and the location was perfect for us! We enjoyed it being away from the hustle, and hustle of the strip! Our host has excellently communication, and was very flexible with our requests! Though she couldn't accommodate a late check out, she gave me an early check in option- which was so wonderful!! I highly recommend if you have kids because the indoor pool is amazing! It's big for an indoor heated pool, and there is a hot tub option outside by the outdoor pool...which is only closed in winter! Overall I highly recommend this location!

There was great communication with the owners. The condo is as shown and perfect for a couple. The Christmas tree and Christmas decorations were nice touch. Only one step to entry so that was great. There is only one caution. If you are older, the bed is high and I had to use a step (provided) to get on it. I'm 5'5". Bed was comfortable and had nice sheets. I would definitely rent again!

Our condo was convenient, comfy, quiet and cozy! We loved the balcony and view of the golf course and gorgeous neighborhood. Every room was decorated for Christmas. The kitchen was well appointed, as was the bathroom. The bed was a little high, but we managed! This condo was so nice to come "home" to after a busy day in Branson.
