Branson's well kept secret
The evening clerk was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The evening dessert was a special and nice touch to end the day. Met very nice people to talk to during and after the dessert time. Would definitely stay there again, if we go back to Branson. It is Branson's well kept secret.

It really seems like it could be a pleasant place to stay, but we had ants in the room. Randomly around the whole room. We were even finding them in the bed, and that just made me paranoid that an ant would crawl in my ears. So it was hard to sleep. The shower head was spraying water out the side. Our door didn't have a peep hole, which I kind of prefer. The breakfast was good. We missed the evening dessert, but I bet it was nice as well. I reported the 2 issues. Hopefully they'll get it fixed before the next visitor.

Always looking for a good value when traveling and this fit the bill. Good location to enjoy Branson attractions. Very good breakfast offering and the evening dessert was a nice touch to end the day.

The staff was very helpful and helpful. The breakfast was a varity of choices and the evening cobbler, cookies and ice cream was a plus. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Our stay was a 10.

I'd like to give this hotel a 5 star review but unfortunately we encountered some issues that weren't resolved. Our TV remote wouldn't work and the AC stopped working at 5am. When I told the front desk staff about the issues at checkout, they didn't offer to do anything to make the situation right. The positives of the hotel are the rooms were clean and the dessert bar in the evenings and breakfast in the morning were nice.

We stayed at Branson's Best for 3 nights. This is our regular go to place and they don't disappoint. Reasonable pricing, very clean rooms and great cobbler and soft serve ice cream and cookies in the evening. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Really liked this place! Staff is friendly and rooms are clean. This is a great budget place. Now, if you’re looking for fancy breakfast then this is not the place. Their eggs are good. They have a pancake and waffle machine so that’s good. Their potatoes are ok, not fan of their biscuits and gravy. Kids did not like sausage, but again, they’re ok with waffles and pancakes. They have cobblers and cookies and ice cream from 9-11pm so that’s a plus if you have kids. Rooms are clean. I would definitely stay again

Hotel was dated but amazing. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and homely. Breakfast was great and the icecream and cobbler for nightly desert was a hit for the kids. Would definately stay here again!

The staff at the front and the housekeeping were very nice had an issue with the room but they made it right, right away. Plus had a really great continental breakfast with good coffee so that’s hard to find these days.
