Cons: Everything was old and needed repairs. Toilet didn't flush. Bathroom floor was stained all over. No water pressure. Sink was clogged. Chunks of hair in shower. Beds were uncomfortable and yellowed. Pool was not heated as stated and needed cleaned. Pros: Free hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Pretty centrally located. Friendly staff. Cheap. Didn't find any bedbugs.

The motel is dated like most places in Branson; however, the beds feel new and comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The counter attendant was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuit, cereal, fruit, coffee, and juice. There is a nice sitting area at check in. The motel is on a few minutes from the Landing and the strip. I would stay here again.

Restful Stay
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Quiet. Everyone was nice. Hot breakfast in the lobby was good. Mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in room were in good working order. Well priced. No complaints.

Stayed here a total of 4 nights in 10 days for various events in the area. Comfortable beds and pillows! Clean rooms. Just an average/ok breakfast. I feel like the breakfast could be a tad better but for the room price/affordability it fits right in. Pool is saltwater which was enjoyed by my family. Average temp. Pool area was clean. Overall good experience at carriage house inn!

Older property that is well maintained. Staff was very nice, and they cleaned our room each day. Breakfast was not fancy, but good for a continental breakfast.

We liked the convenience of this property. It’s close to everything and yet, kind of tucked away, which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. The rooms are definitely older, but clean. The breakfast wasn’t great. Parking was always available and check-in and out was simple.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were ok, but sure you have shoes on. The towels were threadbare and you had to request replacements. Be sure to ask for wash clothes and hand towels too because if you only ask for towels you will only get bath towels.

The check in was great. Very helpful information. The pool seemed to be closed a lot. Also the tub faucet dripped quite a lot. However, the parking lot was very well lit. And we were able to park our vehicle right outside of our room. The surrounding area was easy to get around using the map provided with the different routes that were different colors.
