I was surprised by the 40's style lobby. I was a delight. The room was excellent, and the location was within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants.

Hotel was nice, quiet, front desk person was extra friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but crowded and restocking was slow. Many good selections of food. Idea: Have coffee available to guests in lobby during normal hours.

The property was nice and clean, the staff were polite and courteous. Also the staff was seen busy and working hard. My complaint would be that we had a lovely room with a spa tub. The problem was that the room smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. It sent my allergies into a frenzy. You should never have carpet in a wet area. The smell was bad.
