Located just moments ( 3 miles ) from the action of HWY 76 Country Music Blvd, in Pointe Royale Golf Village. This is a beautiful private gated resort filled with everything on your wish list!
When you first arrive at this condo you will feel like you just found the prettiest condo in Branson. The interior was designed to offer you peace and relaxation ... and everything is new! Spectacular upgrades throughout this impressive all new 2 bedroom, 2 full baths, golf front condo. Brand new in 2018 everything in the condo has been upgraded. Professionally decorated, fully furnished & fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in all the rooms.
The open living room/ dining room has a 70 inch flat screen TV, hardwood floors, and a cozy wood burning fireplace so you can have some snuggle time during Fall and Winter visits. Your condo has free wifi. There is a full size washer & dryer and we supply the laundry soap and dryer sheets, iron & ironing board.
Your kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. It is complete with toaster, coffee maker, juicer, refrigerator with ice maker, dishes, pots & pans, glassware, etc. You will have a complimentary goodie basket with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and popcorn.
Your covered deck has an electric grill and a view of a brook & the golf course. Access your deck from either the open living room or from the master bedroom. Relax with a cup of coffee and watch the golfers or in the Springtime enjoy the baby ducks in the babbling brook below your deck!
The condo is on a dead end street... very peaceful and wonderful location!
After a fun day out and about you can come back to your condo and fall asleep easily in the plush beds, with superior linens. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, and the master bath has a jetted tub. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Plus there is a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room to provide plenty of room for all.
You can enjoy the resort's private lake access area where there is private fishing from the shore, a children's play area and dog play area, picnic tables, grills, and a nature trail you can follow all the way to the trout hatchery! You are also a short walk from the Pointe Royale Clubhouse where you can enjoy the large outdoor swimming pool w/fountains and children's wading pool, indoor heated pool open year round, new lighted tennis courts, fitness center with 24 hour a day access, restaurant with bar, outdoor patio, media room, library, meeting rooms, ballroom, pro shop and of course our BEAUTIFUL Pointe Royale Golf Course! Pointe Royale has sidewalks throughout the resort for you to walk and enjoy. Please note, the resort does not allow boat or trailer parking.
Your family dog is welcome to come along at no additional fee. The condo offers doggie dishes, doggie treats and pick up stations are located along the sidewalks. We are dog friendly!! Due to allergy issues, we cannot accept cats.

Great property!
We had a great time at this condo. Everything was like it was listed. The only issue is that the wood in the sliding glass doors needs to be longer so the doors can't open from the outside. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Winter Getaway
We wanted a quiet winter getaway and found exactly that at the Lake Front Pointe Royale Resort. We enjoyed walking & running through the snow covered stunning neighborhood. Branson was not busy as usual so we enjoyed the town to ourselves. The owner stayed in constant contact to check on us. The condo was perfectly decorated and stocked. We will be back again soon!

Wonderful location, pet friendly, affordable
Pros: location was amazing, just 10 minutes from the main drag. Check in was very simple and coming/going was easy. Fireplace was very nice for Christmas morning ambience. We were safe and mostly comfortable. Price was very affordable and we were so happy that our dogs were welcome. Pull out bed made it so my two teens could each have their own bed. Wifi was decent, and there was cable TV.
Cons: The condo was mostly pretty clean, but the baseboards were pretty grimy, and there were crumbs in the pull out bed. The Jacuzzi tub was a normal sized bathtub, too small for plus sized folks. The light over the dining table was burnt out and too high to change the bulb without a ladder. The king bed was far firmer than we prefer, but that's a gamble any time you sleep away from home.
I would give this condo an overall 4 out of 5 stars.

Christmas break
As some have stated before the light above the table did not work, the shower in the bathroom off the main bedroom has something wrong with the diverter, and the balcony door doesn’t lock. Which granted who is going to scale the wall and get up there but it’s peace of mind. There are boards there to block the door but they are way too short which is weird.
These are minor issues for us we really enjoyed or stay and it was very peaceful this time of year! Very clean and excellent bath towels!
Tip make sure to bring paper towels!
