We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. I wasn’t expecting much but this far succeeded any expectations I had. The staff was incredibly kind and helpfu, from the front staff to the hospitality team ( housekeepers and breakfast/dessert attendants). The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool area was quite large. The kids loved the dessert time at night. Breakfast was basic but good. Coffee was hot and fresh. A bonus was the multiple Tesla charging stations. We will definitely come back!

By looking at the pictures online and the labels attached to the pictures, I booked a King Suite. By the pictures and descriptions on the pictures the King Suite had an exterior seating area off the room. This is the only reason I had chosen the room and paid the big price difference. Once in the room it was smaller than expected and had no attached outdoor seating area. The seating area was actually a small spot off the other side of the building from our room. I would have booked a less expensive room had I known this and had the same experience.

Went to Branson last weekend with family & stayed here on our first night there. Hotel front desk was very friendly, the room was clean & bed was comfortable as well. Would most likely stay here again in the future!

Overall a decent, clean hotel. The room did not get very cool, and we were there 3 nights with no housekeeping. I’m not sure if that’s just the norm now but we had to ask for new towels and wash rags and no one emptied trash. Staff was very friendly though.

It is very good to stay for family. Hotel is very clean and meet my expectation. Breakfast was good. There are few options for vegetarian. it could have been better if they could have added fruits & pan cake. Hotel location is little far from the event location. If you have car then no issue. I will revisit again with my family shortly.

The front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming! The room was perfect and absolutely quiet! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were super. The welcome snack of ice cream and cheesecake was super! Stay here and you will be glad you did!!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Spark. The room was clean & the bed was comfy. The breakfast was the usual cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc. The hot dishes were scrambled eggs & a sausage, peppers & potatoes mix. It was just ok. The only other thing we noticed & didn't care for was a very strong fragrance that hits you as soon as you walk into the lobby. The room didn't have that smell, which we were glad of.

Breakast was fair with limited options. Did not use the pool. I was slightly dissappointed with the room, ac was noisy, no microwave, and cold metal chair to sit on. The bathroom was nice.

Overall, I would stay here again. The staff was pleasant and the accommodations were adequate, but there were a few things that were lacking. Our toiletries weren't stocked in the bathroom, we ran out of the pump hand soap and conditioner. The paint in the bathtub was peeling, and there was a rogue hair in the toilet upon our arrival.
