We had noisy neighbors. Families with children should be in other areas away from older adults. I had to call front desk to ask if they could get noisy guests to quiet down. I was told quiet time starts at 10 pm. Otherwise room was very nice as well as the property.

Our unit was missing a door over the washer and dryer, and the other door over the hot water heater wasn’t functional. We were on the second level, and the people above us on the third level were noisy even late at night. However, the staff was amazing, and always very polite! We enjoyed our stay!

The newly remodel rooms are great. The older rooms are way outdated and trashed. I travel at Branson several times a year and stay here always ask for an updated room and they always accommodate made the reservations. Well in advance. The room was terrible furniture and stains all over it. Bathtubs were nasty. I do believe they have lost my business for good.

The pictures online are not a clear representation of the resort. Many of the places are in severe disrepair and the office is about a half mile from where we actually stayed so at check-in we actually drove around for about 30 minutes before we found the building where we were supposed to be staying because the directions, given to us about where the resort was were very poor. We also had to pay a daily resort fee and the game room and area where the games were in the pictures was very different than in reality. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Nice accomodation, a little incovenience.
We were checked in to a very nice 1 bedroom condo, unloaded and unpacked our luggage, and stayed the first night of a week stay. Right at dinner time on the second night we got a call from the front desk that they needed to move us to another unit as ours had been selected by the health authority for inspection. We had to repack everything and move to the other unit. Very inconvenient. The second room was not as nice and easy to see why our original unit was selected for inspection. This is an outstanding facility so our stay was still enjoyable. We were told there would be some sort of compensation for our inconvenience, but as of this writing we have not been made aware of what that might be. Haven't seen anything yet, but still waiting. It was definitely a wasted evening and felt like a downgrade. Glad we didn't have anything specific planned. Ownership has changed hands in the last couple of years, so keep an eye on that.
