Our unit was missing a door over the washer and dryer, and the other door over the hot water heater wasn’t functional. We were on the second level, and the people above us on the third level were noisy even late at night. However, the staff was amazing, and always very polite! We enjoyed our stay!

The area that you drive thru to get to your resort building is not great, but the room as very nice. We did not use any of the amenities.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable! If we had one complaint, it would be that we had to clean the screened in porch and the table and chairs before enjoying our time outside! Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Nice, comfortable suites. Groundskeeping could start a little later in the morning with leaf-blowers and lawnmower. Beautiful scenery! Loved the screen porch! Windows and screens could use some maintenance. Overall great place to stay!

Plenty of room. Stocked well. Balcony patio overlooking woods and golf course made a great place to watch wildlife. Short drive to theaters district. Had everything we needed. Does need decor and furniture replaced...but the cleanliness and roominess made it a great place to relax and spend the week.

I had to clean my tub and toilet, the sofa sleeper had big visible stains on it, and I could hear everything that was going on in my neighbors room. The only thing I liked about the property is the parking and it was close to the event I had to attend.

The property itself and the studio suite I stayed in were top notch. I had a bad experience with the front desk. They didnt acknowledge me or any of the other people waiting to check in. When I asked a question the front desk clerk wanted to argue with me rather than answer the question and find a solution.

We plan this once a year vacation in Branson so we can enjoy the pool and hot tub every morning and shows in the afternoon and evenings. The first morning we went to the indoor pool and hot tub because it was in the 40's and 50's in the mornings and it was locked up.I contacted the front desk and they would not help me or tell me why it was locked. I told them to get me the manager and they told me the manager would not be in until 2:30. I called twice more, later on Friday and finally got the manager. He told me it was closed for maintenance. I later found out it was closed because it was NOT up to code. I called again and he told me he would take 134.80 off my $1170 bill and told me the pool would be open by monday. I told him this was ruining our vacation and $134.80 was NOT fixing the problem. It was finally open on Wednesday noon. We had tickets for shows in the afternoons so were not able to go to the pool and hot tub until Thursday so were not able to enjoy that for only 3 mornings before our vacation was over. Also the workmanship was terrible. They tried to cover it up with mass amounts of caulk. The bathroom was filthy and when there were guests in the next room we could hear everything from the next room. VERY DISAPOINTING!!!!!
