The room was clean. The restaurant was ok but very crowded in the morning. The Starbucks person was great. I felt pushed at check-in to buy show tickets and wine tasting. overall a good experience

This was our first time staying here and we enjoyed it, even though it was a little busy because we stayed over the Labor Day weekend. The staff and service were amazing, we ate at the breakfast buffet and it was your basic continental breakfast but was fresh and good! the hotel itself was very clean and the room was comfortable, it was a little dated but not terrible.

The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes smoke. There was a fire reported and it was very unclear where to exit the building, a there were very few staff members in the building at the time of the fire(2am)

The lady at the check in counter acted aggravated that I wouldn't sign up for a sales pitch the following morning and asked no less than 5 times. I explained we were there for one night and I didn't want to waste our limited time in a conference. The drain in the shower was clogged therefore my family of 5 got to stand in each other's dirty water as we showered since it would not drain. Overall felt old and smelly and will not stay here again. Very disappointed.

Overall our stay was pleasant. The only thing that was bothersome was that we stayed on the 9th floor and the elevators were always packed and we waited up to 10 minutes for one to come to us. Once we got on the elevator. It stopped on every single floor until it reached the bottom.

I liked the staff polite and helpful. The lobby was clean and updated. The rooms on the other hand were not, doors were peeled off, floors were stained, just didn't feel clean. The pool was ridiculous, max capacity of 30! In a 9 story hotel, crowded,wasn't safe.

HORRIBLE At check in they try and get you in a time share pitch, sure whatever I'll sit for 90 mins for $75 bc time is money. Got into our room (348) late so we didn't do a full check, just went to bed. Upon looking closer, mold in the shower, mold in the vents in the bathroom (which you can't control), hair in the floor and sink, dirty handprints all over walls in various areas of room, staining on carpets, AC unit was LOUD and barely worked, mold on AC unit. Room didn't appear to be cleaned between guest, just linen changed and trash removal if that. Upon speaking with property, they didn't want to refund instead move us rooms - after seeing the state of the first I didn't take this option. Hotel told me they can't refund until they speak with Expedia and Expedia told me the hotel has to be the one to refund so this will be a fun game. Overall, hotel gave sketchy vibes from checking in and should've trusted my gut from the start. Left after one night and received no refund but honestly just due to conditions I’m glad

Didn’t have enough Disability parking. Imagine they have whatever is recommended but mostly have to park bout block & half away. This place was packed. Getting in an elevator took bout 15 min wait. If they could buy couple transport cars for parking lot it would definitely help. Also rooms need a couple more trash cans. The ones in there are very small! Thanks Peggy Glisson. Fire alarm was horrifying! Extremely loud & sound so unfamiliar
