Convenient location. Large hotel but shows age. The restaurant could not keep up with breakfast and no seating. At check in the staff immediately tried selling trips and pushing to waist 2 hours in a meeting about travel packages. Never got the WiFi to work. TV remote was broken. But only stayed 2 nights so we managed.

One of the best sides at any hotel I've been to in the last few years and I've been all over America. I ran into a little issue and it quickly handled the issues. Rooms were a little bit too cold for a winter trip but luckily it was just for an overnight stay. Other than that everything else was as expected to be, amazing

Have stayed at this hotel for years, before it was Thousand Hills. Has gone down since the change over. They close the amenities during what they call the "off" season. This ios when we would usually go. The TV didn't work, the shower had multiple ling dark hairs on the shower wall, and the hall and room smelled like bad body odor. We will be finding a new regular spot to stay for ALL future trips to Branson. Extremely disappointed. Offering discount tickets (we passed) for people to leave them a 5 star review is sad. Try having a clean, customer establishment and you would earn those reviews and not have to try and buy them. I do not like nor do I give bad reviews, this is my 1st and last one but feel people should be warned. Those 5 stars are bought with deals.

*Stayed 3 nights, All Non smoking hotel however walking down the hallway you could smell Marijuana and Cigarette smoke, talked to front desk and they said they would send maintenence up to our hallway. Same thing happened again the next day. **Terrible bed pillows

We were able to check in early, staff was super friendly. We got free breakfast, but it was just the standard hotel breakfast.
