The only thing I don’t like about this property is the fact that some of the staff will hassle you to do the “non timeshare” thing. When I tell you I’ve got plans, I should not be interrogated to see if I’m telling the truth or not.

The rooms wasn’t very clean floors needed vacuumed , sheets had stains on them bath tub and shower walls dirty! Know hair dryer, know microwave had to ask for clean towels & toilet paper nobody changed garbage ! Free breakfast check out day was today it was all empty at 8:45am so we just left was a line of people waiting for food ! We stayed 4 days and 5 night it sure wasn’t a five star! Like it was supposed of been ! Lesson learned!

Very comfortable bed with nice soft sheets and pillows. The hotel is large and very busy and some things are showing wear. Nothing terrible but the corners of the chair in our room was completely worn down, the sink faucet leaked and the float in the toilet stuck. The pool was very nice indoor-outdoor pool and hot tub but the inner rim could use some scrubbing. The included breakfast was very very good. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

the good was, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful. the bad was the parking was terrible. although there were pretty many handicap spots, they were always full. I'm over 70 years old, and have a hard time walking. when you returned after a show, the only parking left was usually far away at the bottom of a steep hill.

Such a great hotel. The breakfast was very fast and accessible. I will say make sure you ask for your breakfast vouchers upon check in! Rooms were large and clean. Staff was nice and approachable. No issues on my trip at all easy check in and out.

Sink was slow to drain.The tub wouldn’t drain.There was mold in the tub and on the vent.I had issue that needed taken care of and the guy working the desk blew off my problem and didn’t try to help.

This hotel is an older hotel and needs some renovations. We had to change rooms because the first room was leaking from the ceiling into the bathtub. The room we stayed in the drawers on the dresser wouldn’t stay closed. The light fixture in the bathroom was rusty. It looks like theyve tried to update a few things like paint and new beds. Thats the one thing the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lacking

Not great customer service
Arrived to the property. The guest service agent was on a hurry and was not pleased I had questions. The agent next to me was kind and had explained everything that was needed to the guest checking in Room was ok noting spectacular. The room attendant must have been in a hurry as all extras were in the sink. Went down to the restaurant for breakfast and it was beyond horrible.. food, service and cleanliness. We were ready to depart on Sunday am and there was an announcement that was in our room that said it was a false alarm.. never heard an alarm so I’m glad it was false. The elevators were not working . When I called to get an ETA I was told “no idea” and was hung up on. We walked down with 2 kids and luggage from the 7th floor. There were a few that had no choice but to stay due to being in a wheelchair. Not a great check out either. Could have been the effects of the situation but customer service goes along way.
