Convenient location. Large hotel but shows age. The restaurant could not keep up with breakfast and no seating. At check in the staff immediately tried selling trips and pushing to waist 2 hours in a meeting about travel packages. Never got the WiFi to work. TV remote was broken. But only stayed 2 nights so we managed.

The only thing I don’t like about this property is the fact that some of the staff will hassle you to do the “non timeshare” thing. When I tell you I’ve got plans, I should not be interrogated to see if I’m telling the truth or not.

Old, Run Down, paid for a pent house and was told I didn’t, that it wasn’t possible. When I showed them my hotels.com confirmation they said again that I couldn’t have gotten that on hotels.com, that they don’t even have access to rent the penthouses. I was given a presidential suite instead. It was so run down and dirty, a lot of dead bugs in the sky light and on window seals. I asked to move to a regular room. They said no at first because they can not refund me, I told them they can keep the money just move me to a cleaner room. The 2nd room was better but by that time I was over it. A manager did call me after leaving and offers us another stay and one of their other properties, not sure if we will do that again

It was an OK place. The room was big and had a fridge - which was great! But everything was outdated and kind of dingy. The little interaction we had with staff was fine but we heard several complaints from other guests about the staff and cleanliness of their rooms. Ours was fine but nothing special. Little things like mismatched shampoo and conditioner products, small thin kleenexes and loose outlets added up. The AC unit on the wall was partially hanging off, but it still worked and was quiet. The furniture was wobbly but worked. The free breakfast had a lot of variety and was decent. The bartender in the evening was great though! The hotel was recently purchased by Thousand Hills and is in the process of being remodeled. Hopefully it will be really nice when they're done!

Worth the money
Overall the stay was good and worth the money. A few things i didnt like was the breakfast menu never changed it was the same couple things every morning. Would be fine for a couple days but after a week i was sick of the same food. The pool and hot tub were at a good temperature but were small for the number of people there and it seemed like the towels were always gone after 5. The room was mainly clean a few spots in the toliet and carpet could have been cleaned a little better but nothing to gross me out. The workers there were always very nice and helpful. The building was nice and close to everything we did as well.
