The only thing I don’t like about this property is the fact that some of the staff will hassle you to do the “non timeshare” thing. When I tell you I’ve got plans, I should not be interrogated to see if I’m telling the truth or not.

The rooms wasn’t very clean floors needed vacuumed , sheets had stains on them bath tub and shower walls dirty! Know hair dryer, know microwave had to ask for clean towels & toilet paper nobody changed garbage ! Free breakfast check out day was today it was all empty at 8:45am so we just left was a line of people waiting for food ! We stayed 4 days and 5 night it sure wasn’t a five star! Like it was supposed of been ! Lesson learned!

Very comfortable bed with nice soft sheets and pillows. The hotel is large and very busy and some things are showing wear. Nothing terrible but the corners of the chair in our room was completely worn down, the sink faucet leaked and the float in the toilet stuck. The pool was very nice indoor-outdoor pool and hot tub but the inner rim could use some scrubbing. The included breakfast was very very good. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

the good was, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful. the bad was the parking was terrible. although there were pretty many handicap spots, they were always full. I'm over 70 years old, and have a hard time walking. when you returned after a show, the only parking left was usually far away at the bottom of a steep hill.

Was not a fan of the breakfast. Limited options that weren't my preference anyway. Do not like using Styrofoam cups. Didn't even use the second set of tickets. We went out to breakfast at a local diner instead. The staff we dealt with were all fine, pleasant people. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, & the hot water/shower was excellent. Parking was interesting but with the property's topography I don't know how you could improve it.

Overall our stay was OK, but there were a couple of things that could have been better. For starters, there was no hot water in the morning for our showers. And while our stay included a complimentary breakfast buffet, the line/wait was so long that we were unable to eat there. There was a large group event that weekend, which accounted for much of the long line. Perhaps the hotel could have had a separate area for the group's breakfast to allow other hotel guests the opportunity to have breakfast.

Poor service from the employees. We left a day early due to the weather moving into our home area and were charged the room rates plus taxes and fees for checking out early. We returned home saturday evening about 6:00 and had our property hit with tornado winds about 2:30 on Sun . morning with extreme damages to the trees and area that surround our home.
